SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Dell is deliberately scamming me out of my money and perpetrating a fraud out of pure greed no doubt. I ordered a computer via their website. When the build deadline was not met, I contacted them. The rep told me that it was indeed built and shipping that day. While on the call with him, he updated the build complete status in my account. However, for 8 days now, the FedEx tracking info only shows label created. Every agent I talk to gives me the same canned response "it's a logistical issue but the laptop is in transit." LIARS! They refuse to let me speak with a supervisor or manager. They are always conveniently in a meeting. I believe they have NOT built my laptop and knowingly falsified records to string me along in an effort to keep my money without delivering a product. That is called STEALING! Shame, shame, shame on you Dell. What a fraud.

Review of crocoblock

This is a must for ecommerce websites and more

I just converted my membership to a lifetime membership after 4 years of using the full Crocoblock suite. This is a must have for anyone serious about building a woocommerce website and for anyone who wants to super-charge their elementor pro installation. With the addition of this suite, nearly anything you can dream up is possible. For the exceptions, the support staff is stellar and will always help sort out any problems. As a 30 year software developer, I am impressed with the talent and ability of literally everyone I have interacted with over the past 4 years. Do not miss the opportunity to leverage JetEngine JetWooBuilder and many other elements of the full package to bring the best experience to your clients and customers.

Review of anthropologie

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service! Placed on order on December 19th. According to tracking Anthropologie was notified on December 24th the box was destroyed in shipment. No communication to me. I filed a claim on the Anthropologie website to reship if available or refund. Three days later I had to contact them again. I told them I just wanted a refund at this point. They confirmed the change was made to refund. Waited until the 13th, no refund. Contacted customer service again and was assured I would have a refund on the 14th. Instead I get an update the are planning to ship the items I no longer want. Customer service says I can just refuse it and wait for a refund. I’m sure I’ll have to contact CS for the refund too. Really disappointed with this process. Order with caution

Review of Instagram

Instagram does not respond to ban wave in early June

Unfortunately, I can't recommend using Instagram to anyone. I've lost four accounts within a year that were deleted from Instagram for bogus reasons.My last account was deleted at the beginning of June. There was another major ban wave, and many accounts were deleted.There's no real contact person on Instagram. You only get answers from chatbots.I've had accounts with over 60k followers that are lost forever.If I could give zero stars, I would.
