I was scammed by a company called IQBrain. They charged for a subscription that I never ordered nor received. PayPal said IQBrain gave them evidence to support their claim. PayPal agreed with IQBrain but never told me why or what so called evidence IQBrain submitted.

THERE IS NO COUNTRY, WHERE YOU CAN SNEAK INTO IT, AND GET AUTOMATIC CITIZENSHIP ! I lived in many countries, you get deported ..end of story !!

You will have buyer’s remorse if you book a minimum of a car rental through them, they are not concerned about taking care of their member/customers. I booked a vehicle through them only to find out they didn’t have what I reserved, the sent me to another location and the first vehicle presented had damage, the second vehicle needed not only needed an alignment but also it needed an oil change, which are things I found out at having to drive and put gas in the vehicle. So by the time I was able to get back to the rental provider they were already closed, I called Xpedia and they could not help me and had to transfer my information to an offline agent, and the representative advised me it cold take up to 72 hours before I could receive a response, and what is really bad was neither Hertz locations had any vehicles available and then my ticket was closed out without my knowledge, no refund offer, and they billed my card for a week and I only had the vehicle for several hours. Xpedia did not provide any assistance of getting this resolved even after waiting more than 72 hours.

Dreadful experience. Arrived in Stockholm and on boarding the transfer coach, the driver needed QR codes as our tickets which we had not received. We had to pay to travel. When I contacted Expedia - going round and round trying to chat with human being- they kept saying it was the bus company’s fault! I asked for a refund of our extra payment plus please ensure I receive the QR codes for our return. The chat person even hung up on me!!! - I wasn't being unreasonable or rude, they just weren't being helpful. Despite receiving nightly emails informing me that they were trying to contact the bus company for a refund and I never received any QR codes. The bus company were brilliant. Luckily I could go to their information office and a refund and QR codes were promptly sorted. Expedia are still emailing me!!I won’t be using them again.

I have just paid for the yearly subscription and the owner has reached out to me and made my experience much better. Overall the tool is great but I prefer to use the web version the most. Just because I can see everything better. 5/5 service 👍

ASOS I don’t think you’ll be around for much longer judging by your customer outrage. Sinking ship. I’ve been a customer since they started trading decades ago and told today they’re closing my account due to their ‘fair use’ policy which relates to abusing returns. I’ve placed 5 orders this year totalling 11 items and only returned 2 items. One of which because it arrived faulty and stained which I was not surprised about given the decline in their quality control in recent years. Returns are on the rise because their quality is on the decline. But of course they’ll not rectify that. They’ll point the finger at us instead. We’re having to return things due to their disparity in sizing, bad quality and things being sent out that have visibly been worn by someone - the amount of stains and smells on clothes that I’ve received over the last few years. And as for the Live Chat, they had the troops out in force to hit automated responses and end the chats with ‘decision is final’. What a day they’ll be having! I don’t think this was a good move for them… their competitors will be laughing their way to the bank.

I made an order with Uniqlo which was supposed to be delivered in 3 days via Yodel. The order was supposed to be delivered at a Collect+ shop. However Yodel attempts to deliver were unsuccessful 3 times: how can an attempt be unsuccessful when the delivery address is a Collect+ shop?I contacted Uniqlo explaining the situation as 2 weeks after my order, I was till waiting for it arrive. The customer service has been so unhelpful. I have sent a detailed chronology of the events with Yodel, explaining clearly that there has never been an attempt at my home, that I requested the parcel to be delivered at my local Collect+ shop, that it was never delivered. And still, Uniqlo still gave more credibility to Yodel, refused to provide a refund, ans asked me to collect the parcel at the Yodel depot were the parcel should now be. It is an absolute disgrace to be treated with so little respect and very disappointing from both the company and the dishonest delivery service.At this stage I still haven't received my parcel and Uniqlo still hold my money. Never again will I by something at Uniqlo.

Barnes & Noble has been a favorite place of mine for literally years. It is a place that I go to when I'm looking for books for various reasons. Sometimes it's for research. And sometimes it's just because I want a book on 1,001 pieces of information. Kinds paraphrasing the title of a book that I once bought. Barnes & Noble is a place where I can take my grandchildren and we can engage each other on so many different topics. And the Barnes & Noble staff is so amazing!!! I have lived in vaious states in the lower 48, and every Barnes & Noble I have ever visited has been an experience. The people are genuinely friendly and helpful. The truth be told, I have been to Barnes & Noble three times in the past two weeks and I'm currently waiting for a book that was just released. Barnes & Noble is my go-to place to just Be Still and let my mind and soul relax and enjoy the world through books.

Honestly if I could give Yelp a negative star I would. They not only allow fake accounts to add negative reviews to your business account, but then they will not make any effort to remove the fake reviews. Then to top it off they remove any 5 star reviews that are posted. I believe Yelp should be shut down and investigated for their unethical business model.

My package had a Monday ETA. I saw a link to upgrade my shipment. I did that. Then it says Saturday delivery. Nice. Saturday night I see in the package had arrived Friday morning at my local center, then I see right after that they had sent my package to California. My package went from Tampa to Denver to LA then back to Denver for a delivery that was delivered 2 days past the initial ETA. Now I can’t even reach anyone to ask for a refund of the upgrade.
