I made an order with Uniqlo which was supposed to be delivered in 3 days via Yodel. The order was supposed to be delivered at a Collect+ shop. However Yodel attempts to deliver were unsuccessful 3 times: how can an attempt be unsuccessful when the delivery address is a Collect+ shop?I contacted Uniqlo explaining the situation as 2 weeks after my order, I was till waiting for it arrive. The customer service has been so unhelpful. I have sent a detailed chronology of the events with Yodel, explaining clearly that there has never been an attempt at my home, that I requested the parcel to be delivered at my local Collect+ shop, that it was never delivered. And still, Uniqlo still gave more credibility to Yodel, refused to provide a refund, ans asked me to collect the parcel at the Yodel depot were the parcel should now be. It is an absolute disgrace to be treated with so little respect and very disappointing from both the company and the dishonest delivery service.At this stage I still haven't received my parcel and Uniqlo still hold my money. Never again will I by something at Uniqlo.
