Recently I was advice by Am Exp of a renewal charge by McAfee (30 days before expiration date) I went into my McAfee account and try to stop my subscription but the site did not allow me, I could not delete my billing information either, then I call their customer service and the person went around in circles when I told him I needed to cancel my subscription. I received a survey on 6/2 as proof that I did call them but American Express stated they needed proof that I cancel. Very frustrating once McAfee has your information they won't let you change it. I had to block McAfee from future charges but I am stuck for the charge even though I deleted their software.

Warning to anyone considering Adobe

Warning to anyone considering Adobe: Their 'monthly' £19.99 subscription is actually a 12-month contract with a cancellation fee. You’ll owe 50% of your remaining balance if you try to cancel early — even after paying for months. Very misleading billing structure. I had been paying since 2023 and STILL was made to pay a cancellation fee in May of 2025.

Avoid Buying White Goods Online

Ordered and paid for a Bosch washing machine on the corteingles.es website. Delivery date was given for a few days later. As I received no confirmation message, email or call ( don’t even think about giving a foreign mobile number- their system can’t cope…), I rang their help- line on the day of delivery. Was told delivery wouldn’t be today after all but they couldn’t give me a definite new delivery date. Asked for a refund- was told by the help- line operator that he would’ apply for this’, I would get an email when this had been processed, and no, he couldn’t tell exactly when. You get the idea. Avoid this company- they have learnt nothing from the likes of Amazon when it comes to customer service.

On Oct 5 my wife went to Best Buy in Vacaville Ca installation For a car Camera on a new 2025 Honda CRVAnd the broke front windshield there was nothing on there inspection report and wasn’t Even told about the damage until my wife gotIn her car an she told them the Technician answer call Best Buy 800 number and file a claim spoke with supervisor he says camera shows previous damage bunch of BS it was not on the inspection report don’t trust them

Anti the UK, still doesn't understand that despite its bias we voted to leave the EU and didn't elect a Labour Government. Only exists due to a Poll tax forced payment system which all households in the UK have to pay to watch any TV in the country.

Amnesty International are a joke, all they want money for is for Executive salaries, Pensions, Cars, and conferences telling you lies about what alleged good work they are doing, They did nothing for Julian Assange, Do not give them any money to fund their lavish life style. They do nothing about people in the UK being continually arrested on lies by the Police, held in custody and never charged with anything, MDP terrorising and harassing innocent people for years when they have a right to roam in the Country, on private land minding their own business, Amnesty International protects Nazi Fascist Behaviour in the UK by the Police, MDP and Government etc.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG.COM

Purchased a cooktop and had it installed by plumber only to find center burner not working. Warranty dept says the unit is damaged and samsung.com keeps transferring me ti warranty. Weeks later I still have broken brand new appliance with no resolution. Called Samsung today and was transfered between 7 different representatives with each one saying someone else will be the one who could help me.

Review of cengage

Avoid courses that use Cengage if you value your time and money

Implementation of Cengage feels like borderline extortion. I advise you to drop/switch courses that use Cengage Webassign, or check with the professor if it's a hard requirement. Course learning materials are poorly adapted to their e-books which is what they sell you 'bundled' with their homework access Webassign. In other words, just getting a pre-owned textbook is pointless since you won't be able to do homework for the course without Webassign access. For math, especially higher level required for STEM, tutors in provided explanation videos are sloppy, rarely helpful, and often skip important steps which can/will leave you more confused than when you started a problem. Generally a scummy company that doesn't care for your education, note that many of the 5 star reviews were posted on the same few dates (are fake).

Excellent choice for outside sales

We are an outside sales company and have used Sugar, Salesforce and Insightly. While all of them have their merits, we have found that Prosperworks gives the best user experience. 1. The automations bring in detailed information that would take quite a while to find and enter. 2. The user interface both online and on the phone app are easy to use and intuitive.3. Having a link directly to each company in Google Maps is what really sold us on the product. My sales people can navigate to a company using Google Routes, select the live link from the details imported into Google maps and be taken directly to the company in the Prosperworks app. This feature alone saves time on each sales call.Overall, support and features have exceeded expectations. Our only note is that reporting needs to be improved.
