Recently I was advice by Am Exp of a renewal charge by McAfee (30 days before expiration date) I went into my McAfee account and try to stop my subscription but the site did not allow me, I could not delete my billing information either, then I call their customer service and the person went around in circles when I told him I needed to cancel my subscription. I received a survey on 6/2 as proof that I did call them but American Express stated they needed proof that I cancel. Very frustrating once McAfee has your information they won't let you change it. I had to block McAfee from future charges but I am stuck for the charge even though I deleted their software.
