I made a purchase partially online and in store because I saw that it came with a free weekender bag with a purchase of $49.99. The day after I placed this order I received an email that my order had shipped, this being the 14th of March. I then informed two other people to place orders to receive this bag and they did. One in NY, and the other in Georgia and I’m here in Texas and haven’t received mine and it’s the 19th of March. I called DSW on the 17th of March when I saw that there was no progress of the shipment and the chat representative basically blew me off but stated that they’d give me a 100 points and no this didn’t happen. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I didn’t really care but the conversation that I had today with a supervisor really upset me! FedEx stayed that they never received an item just a notification for a shipping label and advised me to call DSW and let them know. Long story short she/supervisor offered me a $25 credit that’s BS considering the amount of money that I spend here! Placed me on a long hold to come back and offer this to a so called Elite VIP customer who by the way NEVER get my packages 2- day shipping! Canceling this account and will get shoes from the actual stores or shoe manufacturer website. I cannot deal with this sub-prime customer service.

I bought 2 sport bra from Adidas Spain. AES92274891. Adidas used an unknown carrier CTT EXPRESS that wrote my post address incorrectly on the parcel and there is no way to contact them online or phone; the phone line just cut off all the time. I called the CS agent of Adidas and she sent an email confirming that she contacted the CTT EXPRESS and solve the issue and that I ll received the parcel the following day. I have NOT received any parcel. Then I contacted them on whazapp and an agent called Vivek, instead of fixing the parcel issue sent me a link to buy the sport top again + 2 other sport tops which I did not request as 1 in my initial order is sold out. This is outrageous! You can not fix my parcel issue and you send me a link to buy again for over 250EUR. No company has ever provided such a bag customer service, you are ADIDAS ! CAN YOU NOT AFFORD TO PAY FEDEX OR DHL THAT YOU CHOOSE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CARRIER CALLED CTT EXPRESS? I WANT MY PARCEL ORDER AES92274891

It does take time to configure rules, and the initial limitation of 5 rules is not very useful. 10 rules for us allows good automatic screening.The score number is helpful, we find that we can trust the low (safe) scores very well, but the high (risky) scores have a fair number of false positives. That's a good situation, really.

Your new AI version is horrible. Most of the time it’s the wrong answer, doesn’t show the answer or isn’t the correct question. When I log in I’m brought to a lookup landing page and I can’t navigate to My Books unless I specifically go to My Account > then My Books. This need to be changed and the navigation tabs should remain fixed in the header of the page regardless of where you are throughout the portal.The My Books function frequently fails and I’ll get an Error when I try to view a book using Google Chrome. This happens sporadically. I then have to log into Edge (which is even worse) and access my content temporarily.The device limit is ANNOYING. I frequent log in on the same device and will be prompted to change my devices even though it’s the same device listed three times. I suggest you either fix it or REMOVE IT.Your verification code authentication is so unnecessary. Your not preventing unpaid user for sharing accounts with paid users all your doing is annoying people. I can easily share my account and provide a code given that every creature on this planet has a device attached to their hand. Anyone can instantly provide a code to an unpaid user. Finally your price is WAYYYYY too high. If I was a full time student on a fix budget I’d never used your service. It’s nearly $30 frickin dollar to use it? Are you people high or can you not manage a lean business model? Seriously you’re more expensive than a MetroPCS phone subscription. It’s unreal I use to heavily rely on Chegg but after the major update, your price change and poor performance I’ll be dumping the subscription soon. the site at best is 2 stars.

Over 500 dollars lost because coinbase cannot be bothered or reimburse the money despite the company being worth billions.

Initially enjoyed Smartsheet for its automation features and ability to collaborate easier with external contractors and new vendors. Over time, they made these features more expensive and barely improved their software.This year, when asked to reduce the number of users on contract due to redundancies in my team, they locked us into the previous year's contract, citing a "Negative Option" rule already outlawed by the FCC in the USA. This is unethical and not only that, they tried to INCREASE the number of users secretly whilst also charging more per user. This cost us 5K but I have learned and we will never be going back.

The worst after sale service company. LG is not fit to be in the competitive market. Samsung, and other players are a lot more trust worthy. Please dont buy any LG products. I have had the worst experience and have not received a solution for two weeks now. Very uncouth and unprofessional CSRs.

UPDATE Wayfair has reached out and resolved the issue. I am so disappointed with Wayfair. I purchase a dresser 2 months ago. It was a gift for my grandson so they just got it last week and tried to put it together and none of the drawers line up and the wood is very cheap. I paid over $500 for it. I contacted Wayfair and all they would tell me was sorry you missed the 30 day return window. I explained the situation and all I got was oh well can’t help you. So I’m paying Wayfair over &500 for an unusable dresser. Wayfair does not care and I am going to make sure that people know what kind of company this is and not to buy from them.
