Your new AI version is horrible. Most of the time it’s the wrong answer, doesn’t show the answer or isn’t the correct question. When I log in I’m brought to a lookup landing page and I can’t navigate to My Books unless I specifically go to My Account > then My Books. This need to be changed and the navigation tabs should remain fixed in the header of the page regardless of where you are throughout the portal.The My Books function frequently fails and I’ll get an Error when I try to view a book using Google Chrome. This happens sporadically. I then have to log into Edge (which is even worse) and access my content temporarily.The device limit is ANNOYING. I frequent log in on the same device and will be prompted to change my devices even though it’s the same device listed three times. I suggest you either fix it or REMOVE IT.Your verification code authentication is so unnecessary. Your not preventing unpaid user for sharing accounts with paid users all your doing is annoying people. I can easily share my account and provide a code given that every creature on this planet has a device attached to their hand. Anyone can instantly provide a code to an unpaid user. Finally your price is WAYYYYY too high. If I was a full time student on a fix budget I’d never used your service. It’s nearly $30 frickin dollar to use it? Are you people high or can you not manage a lean business model? Seriously you’re more expensive than a MetroPCS phone subscription. It’s unreal I use to heavily rely on Chegg but after the major update, your price change and poor performance I’ll be dumping the subscription soon. the site at best is 2 stars.
