Lists rejected, account deactivated, no refund possible

We signed with GetResponse at the beginning of the year for a full year, looking for something more robust than what we were previously using. I enjoyed the layout of their autoresponders, and after playing around in the free version, we decided it could be a good fit for us. Signed in January and experienced some problems off the bat (but I'm patient and I understand launching takes some time... no problems). We imported all of our contacts - several thousand - and our lists were rejected. Strange - as these were legitimate contacts from company sources that I had been emailing for years successfully. Imported them in smaller chunks and found more success, until we were told in February that our account was under review for spam behavior. To resolve, we allowed them to 'clean' our lists - legitimately cut from 15k to 6k, and began to use their recommended BriteVerify to clean our lists before adding in the future. Frustrating, time consuming, not ideal... but we had already paid for the year and didn't have the budget to change email services. Their drag and drop editor gave us a lot of grief most days, but besides that - We didn't have any more rejected lists, and no issues I was aware of until this morning, I received an email letting us know our account has been deactivated, we cannot get our email lists or templates back from our accounts, cannot log in, and a refund will not be issued. To say we are frustrated is an extreme understatement. I've seen their awards, success stories, top 10 email service provider mentions... The truth is that they are unwilling to work with customers who are unhappy and provide no legitimate warnings before terminating services. Now we are stuck without an email service provider (that we paid for through December) in the middle of several Marketing campaigns, and with a limited budget to find someone else for the remainder of the year.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. We have been in business for 8 years we built our own list and we got shut down with no access to our templates or contacts (which our contacts are all from Shopify so it doesn't really matter) but not to notify someone that they will be shut down and only to find out since I couldn't log in to my account. how long were my abandoned cart emails not working? Just unprofessional and to top everything off we needed to hire someone to set everything up, loss of time, money and more time having to go back and set everything up with our old provider.

Absolutely shocking company , my daughter bought a ticket or tickets that cost £309 for an event which she thought is in London uk and after confirming it said LONDON Toronto ? She is devastated She’s only young and has wanted to see this concert and it was a genuine mistake! It said LONDON in capitals and small writing at the side Toronto. She applied a plea for a refund and they were not interested at all! They can see by her address she’s uk and shows zero empathy on a ticket they will easily re sell they sold out already. Shocking company robbing people like this and had I of seen other reviews I would if stopped her getting them. Shame on them an innocent person is now suffering and lost all her birthday money. Do not use them heartless greedy people .

NO MATTER THE OFFER…DO NOT ALLOW ATT WIRELESS AUTOPAY TO ACCESS YOUR BANK

No matter what they offer do not allow ATT autopay to access your bank. ATT withdrew $430 from our account for a duplicate phone they sent to us in error. We returned the phone through a certified ATT representative yet they still withdrew the money. After numerous contacts with numerous ATT representatives the money was returned but they immediately re-created the $430 charge. We shut down autopay prior to any further fraudulent withdrawals but now are harassed every month with threats to our credit rating if we don’t pay this money we in fact do not owe. Six months of contact with numerous ATT representatives and the harassment continues though at the end of each contact ATT admits that the error is on their end and it will be fixed through their fraud department. Only days later to receive contact from the fraud department telling us it is not an issue for them and we should contact customer service. That cycle has occurred through eight calls…many last over an hour. In our experience it is the ATT Fraud Department that is a fraud. Beware! Beware! Beware! ATT Wireless says all the right things to draw you in but provides absolutely no support once you have accepted their “service.” And we use the word service with quotes because there is not any helpful service from their end.

I've had many issues with Amazon, first one is they never knock on the door, they just dump it o merge doorstep and leave. We have a doorbell and you can easily knock the door too it's not difficult. I've had parcel not turn up and everytime i report it they close my account down for suspicious activity and not folllwing the terms and conditions

Great tools, limited technical support and sense of urgency.

All in all the tools have been VERY helpful. We are a new user to ahrefs and are using one of the paid subscription options. 1 week into using the tools, the site audit tool locked up when I tried to stop the audit. It has been locked up at 0 URLs crawled for 49 minutes so far. Tech support responded, "40 minutes is not that critical, I believe... please give it some more timeif the crawl is not complete within the next several hours, let us know"So, I am done for the day analyzing our new web launch and SEO metrics.

Fraudulent Charge from HootSuite to my PayPal account

As the same with a few others here, I do NOT have a HootSuite account nor have I signed up for any trial of any sort. I find it strange that the fraudulent charge of $588.00 took place in the late night/early morning at 2:40am on Sunday through my PayPal account. My financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union, notified me by text asking if it was me, so even they found it to be suspicious. I disputed the charge with PayPal and they had the nerve to indicate that it was a valid charge to which I am appealing now. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved and my money returned back to me. -Ligaya Lowe

Template Doesn't Work + Lack of Customer Support

I purchased a template from Eviory that was supposed to work in Canva but didn’t. Despite multiple attempts to contact both Creative Market and Eviory, the issue remains unresolved after several weeks. Eviory initially reached out, claiming the template was fixed and offering a complimentary download. However, after I provided the requested information, they stopped responding, and the template link still didn’t work.My experience underscores the risk of purchasing from Creative Market, as they rely on sellers to resolve issues. In this case, there has been literally no customer support or contact from either Creative Market or Eviory, regardless of how many different ways and times I reached out. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Eviory and would say be cautious purchasing from Creative Market based on my experience.Update: I have not yet received a response from support, despite Creative Market’s claims. I submitted an additional request a few days ago and am still awaiting a reply.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Been trying to contact by phone for over a week without success. Recorded message stating high call volumes!! Tried emailing, again no reply. Need to query and possibly change my membership renewal. Have resorted to writing a letter of complaint to Supporter Services this evening but not holding out much hope anyone will bother to reply sadly.

Unsucessful attempt to return defective bacon

I bought 2 packages of bacon from the Valley View Kroger store as I happened to be in that area. We found that the bacon was extremely tough and hard. Our Sam's Club is close and I was back in that area so I went back to the same Kroger of the purchase which is not my normal Kroger store. That Kroger had no one @ the Customer Service desk. Several Kroger employees walked by in the next 10 - 15 minutes w/no assistance so I left. I was back to my regular Kroger ( Rte 460) in Roanoke later that day and went to that Customer Service desk and was told that the bacon could not be returned to that store but had to be returned to the store from which it was purchased! So I drove across the entire Roanoke Valley burning expensive gas and was stuck w/some Kroger junk bacon! So my decades of loyalty to Kroger was rewarded w/an unpublished policy change given me by a condescending Kroger union employee @ the Rt. 460 Kroger store.
