I don't think the company even read the reviews and complain seriously as I have read most of the reviews many goes to poor customer relationship which is very important We just arrived last night from Dubai to Australia my complain is the same as others poor,stressed and not very friendly stewardess and uncourteous. I have always said please and thank you but didn't get any response I guess a robot will do better Her name is Miss Mats I hope that you refrain hiring people that are not happy doing their job because this affect the image of the company. Overpriced, over crowded and no longer has the magic it once had , due to being so busy we managed about 4 rides ! God knows how much that works out per ride, we are dvc members and the perks for this have slowly disappeared as well. I think Disney need to forget about corporate greed and cut capacities down by half then at least you would stand a chance of having a good day, instead of stressing about how much money you spent for very little in return.

Bought a bona fide CD-ROM of Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended. It is no longer supported by Adobe, which is fine and I knew this when buying. The programme loaded onto an Acer laptop with no problems and worked as it should. I then made the BIG MISTAKE of going onto Adobe's website for some other related issue, and after that my CS6 stopped working. Adobe's website had obviously detected my copy of CS6 and in my opinion, had arbitrarily decided it was a pirate copy. Adobe invaded my privacy and put software onto my PC, both WITHOUT my permission or consent. I felt violated and angered by this action, but Apple, Microsoft are doing it as well. They, (Adobe, Apple, Microsoft) are all despicable, disgusting, corrupt companies, who use deceit, lies, deception as a method of operating their businesses. They are on the fringes of criminality with their invasive, intrusive and deceitful business practices, and I am shocked that regulators have not already put a stop to these practices. Beware of this all users out there, and don't trust these people as far as you can spit. There is unfortunately no option on this site to give a negative star rating.

I called them last fall for roadside assistance, and they never showed, and I ended up paying out of pocket for service along the road which of course is costly. I tried to renew my AAA cards today on line and the site didn't work and said my membership number was not valid. I called and gave an AAA rep my credit card number online since their automated system to punch it in didn't work either. Very poorly managed company in my judgement. This is going to be my last time with AAA I think. I have been with them for years and years.

I started with Zillow back in April. I have a home with many upgrades - windows, insulation, fireplace, hottub, owned Solar Panels ($22k). It needed a little work - painting and drywall repair.I dealt with Ben Taylor. After I fixed a few things (redid the bathroom and painted the kitchen) an inspector finally came out and inspected my house.I waited several days for the report to come back, and then Ben asked to set up a phone meeting to "give me my offer".In the phone meeting he told me I had foundation problems and cracks in both the foundation and the walls. I had previously hired two foundation engineers who both told me the same thing - no repairs necessary to sell. Slight settling, SUPERFICIAL cracks. House and Foundation structurally sound.He THEN sent me a list of things that Zillow will not cover when making an offer - because "they need to sell perfect homes to protect their reputation." Cracks in the walls were one of the items listed.Well, I had already told him about the cracks before the inspector ever came out. Why did he waste over a week of my time if he KNEW Zillow would not buy homes with superficial cracks in the walls?BECAUSE, he just happened to have a Realtor on the line who would be happy to sell my house.REFERRAL FEES.I put $10K of work into my house - painting and fixing cracks - and sold it for $10K over asking price.Zillow Offers is just a waste of time. What they are really trying to do is to refer you to a realtor.

It turns out that authentity of my voucher should be checked...how to improve? just check the voucher when you receive order,not 7 days after when the customer is calling you

Been a member for some years now and tend to visit NT sites about this time of year (September) when we explore somewhere in the UK. Now apparently one has to book in advance else you cannot visit on spec. Pray tell me what is the point of being a member? Utterly impossible to contact any of the sites we wished to visit only to be referred to some hopeless call waiting system! This has annoyed me intensely to the point where I have now cancelled my membership. Indeed as noted by some others, clearly the NT shows nothing but contempt for existing members!
