I don't think the company even read the reviews and complain seriously as I have read most of the reviews many goes to poor customer relationship which is very important We just arrived last night from Dubai to Australia my complain is the same as others poor,stressed and not very friendly stewardess and uncourteous. I have always said please and thank you but didn't get any response I guess a robot will do better Her name is Miss Mats I hope that you refrain hiring people that are not happy doing their job because this affect the image of the company.
