I called them last fall for roadside assistance, and they never showed, and I ended up paying out of pocket for service along the road which of course is costly. I tried to renew my AAA cards today on line and the site didn't work and said my membership number was not valid. I called and gave an AAA rep my credit card number online since their automated system to punch it in didn't work either. Very poorly managed company in my judgement. This is going to be my last time with AAA I think. I have been with them for years and years.
