Fantastic service, have used it for years. I checked out Gmail just to see if I was missing out and wasn't a fan. I missed Outlook's 'Sweep' feature for disposing of large amounts of email clutter. They also have categories, tags, and the ability to create email rules.

Based on recent events it doesn't even deserve one star. Any progress I make just disappear the next time I log in. Constantly taking me back to previous lessons I've already completed, not moving forward and not adding earned XPs. I've sent a few bug reports and nothing was done. I'm deleting it. Don't waste your time

Never cancel an order through Door Dash. They will steal the whole lot of your money, claim the store keeps it and lie. After 3-4 calls, someone finally had the nerve to tell me they aren't going to return any of my $60, after the tons I have spent with their company, not including tips. They will not even return the $ for the item the shopper could not find. So it was a $60 pay day for them, no proof the dasher checked out, since he knew before I called that I cancelled my order. So the store kept their product and Doordash kept my money. Their best advice, after 3 calls from following up their lies that they'd investigate, then that they would refund me. We're so sorry...you can call the store. I don't even have a good receipt. The store isn't going to do anything. Happy to move my business. When a company thinks they are a monopoly they always make this same goofy mistake...losing future gains to steal a few dollars today.

Terrible customer service. They promise delivery in time for Xmas, however their courier service GLS have delays actually delivering the product for crocs. When asked to chase GLS, crocs told me that they did their bit and despatched in time and are not interested in the after experience. DONT ORDER DIRECT FEOMCROCS!!!

We did some advertising work for Mashable, putting a banner advert on my site thefancarpet.com for 2 months, sent them the invoice, they've seen the invoice, they ignore my emails and DM on Instagram, they don't answer their phone either and they still to this day haven't paid us for the work we did. Judging by the over 100 reviews on here and an overall rating of 1.7 I thought it was my duty to share my experience, in the hope that it will help someone else.

Ordered a webcam, paid for express delivery and heard nothing for 2 weeks. Was pragmatic to think it might be CV19 related however when looking to try and find out information about the order status there is a lack of info and no customer service line to speak to someone about this. All the time they have taken my money when actually most companies take on dispatch. Tried to get the facebook messenger team to help but they were absolutely useless and kept referring me to product support. Useless! one of the worst customer journeys I have had!!!!

Twice I've lost packages worth about $200 due to the USPS's refusal for their drivers to follow my delivery instructions. That keeps the porch pirates happy. Ebay will not intercede if the delivery was shown as completed (to my 12" mailbox - hahaha). Ebay refuses to change their policy leaving their customers out $$$! I would cancel my account but unfortunately Ebay is sometimes the only source for what I need. Poor policy which hurts the buyer!!! BEWARE
