Terrible customer service. They promise delivery in time for Xmas, however their courier service GLS have delays actually delivering the product for crocs. When asked to chase GLS, crocs told me that they did their bit and despatched in time and are not interested in the after experience. DONT ORDER DIRECT FEOMCROCS!!!
