The customer service agents are literally reading from the Shopify help center. They have absolutely no understanding of their own system and they actually further complicate things for you rather than actually listening and reading what you send them because all you can do is talk to them via chat or email, someone located outside of the country. Yep, that’s right, only chat or email you cannot speak with anyone ever. This company has one of the highest profit margins for any publicly traded company in history at 29% because they don’t care about their customer service at all. I cannot tell you as a business owner how incredibly frustrating it is having to teach their own customer service agents how to solve my own problems and then only to have them screw everything up and make even more problems for me to unwind and fix through a chat!?? Absolutely horrendous if you are looking to get any type of support, good luck!

The onboarding experience with Quickbooks went well. The free telephone call to run through the basic features and help to set up the system was very welcome although I do have to question the knowledge of the person I spoke with. I found ChatGPT to be far more helpful.

I would give zero stars if possible. I invested a lot in this firm, their softwares, and specific formation for nothing. They refuse to support older versions of their software even though they got thousands of euro from my side, and for support I mean the chance for activating their products. This is absolutely a nonsense. I purchased their softwares and I'm not be able to activate them anymore. They provide answers empty and blind, it seems to get messages from a bot. Their support is limited to 5 years also for activating the products. I never experienced a blind policy like that one, they let you feel that they care nothing. I received more assistance by people like me who owns their software and like to help others in forums, but they doesn't get any income for it. Congrats Autodesk

I wish I could give zero stars. In our contract it clearly says a pricing increase can be the max of 5% at the end of a contract but big commerce's renewal team had the audacity to propose a 249% increase and say you are getting a good deal. They refuse to let you speak to anyone on their finance team or billing team.
