Never cancel an order through Door Dash. They will steal the whole lot of your money, claim the store keeps it and lie. After 3-4 calls, someone finally had the nerve to tell me they aren't going to return any of my $60, after the tons I have spent with their company, not including tips. They will not even return the $ for the item the shopper could not find. So it was a $60 pay day for them, no proof the dasher checked out, since he knew before I called that I cancelled my order. So the store kept their product and Doordash kept my money. Their best advice, after 3 calls from following up their lies that they'd investigate, then that they would refund me. We're so sorry...you can call the store. I don't even have a good receipt. The store isn't going to do anything. Happy to move my business. When a company thinks they are a monopoly they always make this same goofy mistake...losing future gains to steal a few dollars today.
