Twice I've lost packages worth about $200 due to the USPS's refusal for their drivers to follow my delivery instructions. That keeps the porch pirates happy. Ebay will not intercede if the delivery was shown as completed (to my 12" mailbox - hahaha). Ebay refuses to change their policy leaving their customers out $$$! I would cancel my account but unfortunately Ebay is sometimes the only source for what I need. Poor policy which hurts the buyer!!! BEWARE
