Worst customer service

Placed an order on 27 November after Black Friday sale and the item has been sitting “in warehouse” since. I am unable to cancel the item as it’s in warehouse and have tried on multiple occasions and multiple ways of getting in touch with customer service, last attempt I was on hold for 45mins then gave up and left my number for a call back…nothing. After contacting a local store for help I found out I could have ordered and chosen the click & collect option through their independent store website and not Lego.com. Their website does not stipulate this. And while I am still waiting for my order to arrive, and for a call back, I have received an email asking if I’m enjoying my Lego product and to take a survey giving feedback on my recent order!! What a joke.Hopefully I’ll receive my item one day. Terrible customer service

If you are looking for broad range of information then this is a good site. If you are a homeowner, Never be tempted to use their "Make Me Move" function. Rather than calls from prospective buyers, we were bombarded with realtors and agents all day every day from across the country calling from other time zones ringing us sometimes late at night wanting to list our property. I removed the listing after 48 hours but 6 months later still getting occasional calls.

I used to enjoy this newspaper but no longer. They are not allowing comments on articles without subscribing so that let me out. However, it's no great loss as, recently, the DT have adopted the fear mongering approach to news (Daily Mail esque ) with hysterical headlines and content so it looks as if this paper has joined the race to the bottom. Shame.

Lies about delivery time and customer care

Where to start? Ordered a tumble dryer on the 15th November with a delivery date of the 29th of November. This morning (on the day of delivery) I received an email saying delivery is delayed until 13th December due to "unforeseen circumstances out of their control" with no apology, even on an automated email. Checking the website I can order the same model and have a delivery date of the 12th (a day earlier than a customer who has already paid!). Rang awful call centre and had to repeat my order number 5 times, I was told it was because of a large volume of orders (we ordered 2 weeks before black Friday) and so the email was a blatant lie as that is a Samsung issue which is within their control. To make matters worse, I asked to speak to the call assistants manager, I was put on hold to receive a ticket number and then had the phone put down on me despite being polite as this is not their fault but Samsung's. Promptly rang back and spoke to another call assistant who said it was an issue with the website where it showed as in stock when it is in fact not, so another 'Samsung issue' and 'not unforeseen circumstances out of their control' and more proof of lying. I now have to wait 4 weeks from ordering for a dryer and a two weeks having got rid of our old dryer 2 days ago and now have to find a way to dry all my clothes and cloth nappies for my 2 small children. TLDR don't buy from Samsung

Fold 3 heating & data issues

Had the fold 3 for over a year. Data network is almost useless with no signal wherever I go even internationally. Always barely H+ or 4G without bars and it keep heating up till I have to switch it off feairng it burns or it gives a heating message and switch off.I was told 8 months ago that may EE is not good. I switched to Vodafone and same issue. Have to carry my oneplus all time which get way better signal on both the providers I mentioned above. Even my wife and son use oneplus and they get signal almost everywhere we are and me have to stand in the street to get a 4G couple of bars.For the price I paid for such a premium phone, other than at home on WiFi, it is horrible.Sent multiple error reports and all I get is check a blame on my location or provider.

I had to run after my purchase after seeing it was not shipped in 7 days, customer service wasn’t great on the website kept getting the same thing over and over, checked reviews on here and believed I may have been scammed, but in the end I got speaking to real customer service threw there email address who had my item shipped promptly and it arrived today, excellent quality and item exactly as described. Had to take one star off for delivery issue
