Lies about delivery time and customer care

Where to start? Ordered a tumble dryer on the 15th November with a delivery date of the 29th of November. This morning (on the day of delivery) I received an email saying delivery is delayed until 13th December due to "unforeseen circumstances out of their control" with no apology, even on an automated email. Checking the website I can order the same model and have a delivery date of the 12th (a day earlier than a customer who has already paid!). Rang awful call centre and had to repeat my order number 5 times, I was told it was because of a large volume of orders (we ordered 2 weeks before black Friday) and so the email was a blatant lie as that is a Samsung issue which is within their control. To make matters worse, I asked to speak to the call assistants manager, I was put on hold to receive a ticket number and then had the phone put down on me despite being polite as this is not their fault but Samsung's. Promptly rang back and spoke to another call assistant who said it was an issue with the website where it showed as in stock when it is in fact not, so another 'Samsung issue' and 'not unforeseen circumstances out of their control' and more proof of lying. I now have to wait 4 weeks from ordering for a dryer and a two weeks having got rid of our old dryer 2 days ago and now have to find a way to dry all my clothes and cloth nappies for my 2 small children. TLDR don't buy from Samsung
