Placed an order on 27 November after Black Friday sale and the item has been sitting “in warehouse” since. I am unable to cancel the item as it’s in warehouse and have tried on multiple occasions and multiple ways of getting in touch with customer service, last attempt I was on hold for 45mins then gave up and left my number for a call back…nothing. After contacting a local store for help I found out I could have ordered and chosen the click & collect option through their independent store website and not Lego.com. Their website does not stipulate this. And while I am still waiting for my order to arrive, and for a call back, I have received an email asking if I’m enjoying my Lego product and to take a survey giving feedback on my recent order!! What a joke.Hopefully I’ll receive my item one day. Terrible customer service
