Extremely Unprofessional Company

I signed up to try the free trial and was oddly instructed to cancel a full 24 hours in advance to ensure my card wasn't charged, but assured I'd still receive the full 3-day trial. Accordingly, I cancelled the morning of the 2nd day and returned later on to do some final testing before the trial ran out only to find out I already lost access to the free trial. I reached out, expecting this to be immediately rectified so I received the full 3-day free trial, and provided several screenshots, including one confirming when my free trial was supposed to end (the following day). I received an apathetic response full of lies. I was told I'd be limited in features during the trial which is patently FALSE! Until I cancelled per Fotor's own info, I had full access as Fotor's own free trial info indicates. When I called the rep on their BS and again demanded this be rectified, I was immediately ignored. It's been over 2 weeks since receiving the only, extraordinarily subpar response. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM FOTOR; THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND WILL DO NOTHING TO PROVIDE REAL HELP OR EVEN ACCURATE INFO.

Misleading Service with Poor Results.

I recently purchased a service from Fotor, paying AI-generated photos. Despite following all the guidelines provided to ensure a quality result, the final images were far below expectations and did not match the advertised product. It resembled nothing like me.One of the main expectations when using an online service is that the product will align with the description and provide value for the cost. Unfortunately, this service failed in that regard. What I received was not as described, which is a basic violation of online retail standards. It’s crucial for companies to deliver on their promises, and in this case, Fotor did not meet that requirement.Although customer support offered a partial refund, the overall experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service to others. The product needs significant improvement to justify its price.

Review of eBay

I used to be a seller with eBay but no…

I used to be a seller with eBay but no more. eBay will always take the seller side. Here is my story, I listed an Apple iPhone 14 with 10 to 15 pictures clearly showing all visible damage to the phone along with a fully detailed description of all the damage of the phone, but it did work and it was also listed as no returns accepted. A buyer purchased it without reading the item description then complained about the item description and sent it back with a fake return authorization number and eBay is now trying to charge me the full refund amount for the phone to the buyer without performing an investigation. I have tried to tell them about all the fake coins being sold as a real silver and they do nothing about it. eBay is for scammers and that’s it. Fu#K# eBay, they have become nothing more than a side for scammers to sell fake goods the stupid people. If you’re an honest cell or you’re all you’re doing is getting screwed.
