If I could leave a - or zero , it would be more accurate. I as an administrator of a probate case in Mo. have dealt with them and provided every possible paper and form. Even extra court papers not required by any other bank or brokerage.?They will not close the account and give a check to the Probate account. I will be filing a complaint with the FDIC next. I have spent hours of calls, emails , faxes , etc. They are rude and you can not escalate to a supervisor from this horrible Estate Care Center. Do not use Wells Fargo ever!

I have been a good Macy's customer for a very long time. I went to the local store to pay my bill and, of course, it was closed due to the pandemic. I immediately mailed my payment, and received a $28 late charge for my efforts. There was no way to talk to customer service, as there is none right now. The billing department has always been a Macy's weak link, but this annoys me to the point of forcing me to shop on line anywhere but Macy's.

Rot has taken hold at this company. Ordered a new PC from Dell. Received it but after a few days it stopped functioning. Requested a replacement and Dell agreed so I shipped the faulty PC back. Received the same PC back and it was not fixed. Requested a return and refund within three days of receiving the "new" PC. Dell denied the request stating that it had been more than 30-days since the original order was shipped. They do not care that I paid them thousands and I have received literal junk. Disputing the charge through my credit card company. Very sad.

I did the cyber Monday deal with Ulta beauty where if you buy $80+ worth of stuff you receive a few free gifts. Still haven't received my package so I called customer service and was told that these are no longer available even though it says my order was shipped but waiting carrier pickup. I was told that I can either get my money back or they can send what they do have. Which is everything except the offers I was promised with my cyber Monday purchase. I have seen many other reviews that show that people have not received this. Will no longer be shopping with Ulta beauty.

The site is actively ignoring my emails and requests and refusing me service. The service used to be good but now they have just become actively abusive in their power and played the non existent game. I would avoid this if you want a legitimate company that actually cares more about the customer then the money. The live chat support is also abusive.
