Be very careful how much you stand to lose with these people. Although most of the projects are run by decent people when it does prove that the one you've backed is run by scammers Kickstarter will offer zero support and will do nothing to mediate or support you in your loss. I've been trying to get an expensive heated G1 jacket for at least 2.5 years, dozens of emails and comments on-site, all met with lies and platitudes, no backup from KS at all, they do not want to know. So long as they get their commission they are happy. Whether you get your reward is of no interest! Be Warned!

The oysters lost

The oysters were lost, contacted tfl explain to customer service who who checked all the necessary details to confirm the correct person. Customer service gave me a reference and advised to get another oyster card call back and they will transfer the money from the frozen card. This was at Midday, this the third person we spoke to the useless idiot who picked up the call had not idea what he was talking about said hold on a moment he was checking something and put our call back in the call queue. It is now 15.39 and all the customer service staff I have since spoken to are not singing from the same hymn sheet and are telling me things which are incorrect. We now have to go on a bus ride to active the new oyster active before they will transfer the money. They can see the top-ups are as much as £60 a time and yet we are being sent on a wild goose chase. Utter rubbish customer service.

stupid garbage platform just let me have a pdf of the book that i paid HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR and dont even get to see in full. WHY do i have to view it one page at a time, and half the time that i sign into the dashboard, my book is not even there. I wish i had used any other way of buying my textbook. I would have rather paid more just so that I can actually use the book that I paid for. I hate cengage I HATE IT I HATE IT

Amazon groceries (Morrisons)

Amazon groceries. Given a 2 hour delivery spot. Don’t arrive. Told by customer services that as they are preparing the order I can’t cancel it Put thru to supervisor who just says they appreciate my annoyance and frustration. Don’t need a manager to reflect that back to me. Don’t trust grocery service. You’ll be left at last minute rushing round for items to cook tea.
