Do not subscribe. I got a subscription to practice my Spanish. There is no way to cancel the subscription without calling and spending upwards of 30 minutes on the phone with them. They are aggressive and will try to offer you other deals instead.

This company is a scam. None of the profiles are real and seems it’s just set up to steal your money. They also have an auto-rolling monthly payment which isn’t made clear when signing up for a one off month!!! Deceitful business, don’t waste your time or money

Review of backblaze

Unlimited backup but poorly designed restore process

As others have mentioned, there are numerous issues restoring, and the aging software has not received any meaningful updates in the 4 years I've been using it. I finally lost a drive last night, and the restore process has been horrendous.You can download one file at a time through a dated web UI (useless), or create a zip file (really?) up to 500GB at a time, which takes forever. And now you need significantly more space to extract that zip file. There are no point in time snapshots. No ability to mount your data as a drive. Not sure who thought of this ridiculous restore process.

Review of activecampaign

Okay, but has gotten REALLY slow & buggy

I've been using Activecampaign for a few years and it's a generally good service. However especially over the past year it has gotten reeeeeally slow and buggy. Many parts won't load at all and just display errors, all pages are very slow to load. When i told them about this they were not very helpful and suggested the error is on my end with browsers or caches or whatever, but after following their suggestions the problems remain. I wonder if this is due to the adding of AI to everything (I never use their AI features). Perhaps the AI makes their site bloated and unusable. We should be able to opt out of AI and use a version of the site that runs cleaner... just a thought. Otherwise, their customer service is generally pretty helpful and the platform does what I need it to do.

A company that can't be bothered about small businesses and individuals.

I've been in business for a fair while, but this has been one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company in a long time.Google is a typical example of a company that has gotten too big to care about customers. I've been running Microsoft ads for a network marketing opportunity without any issues. I thought I'd give Google ads a try to compare results.On setting up my ad campaign, it firstly gets rejected because the link I have from the company that I'm promoting is apparently "compromised" despite the fact that I've had no issues with it on other advertising platforms and this being a legitimate companies site. No problem....I build a custom landing page instead and submit for approval. I now get my account suspended for violating the "circumventing systems policy".Submitting an appeal to try and explain the situation and sort this out has been a waste of time, I just get told that the decision to suspend my account is correct. No effort to explain what the actual issue is.I won't bother any further with a company that doesn't actually want my business or care for that matter.Microsoft ads, although not perfect, has been working fine. At least with them, you don't have to feel like you're walking on egg shells in order to keep your account from being suspended.

Review of shipstation

Do not waste your time or money!!!

We have been using Shipstation for a while now, and to say it is useless would be an understate. When using carrier APC Overnight it does not mark the tracking off properly for either TikTok shop or on amazon. This has caused us loads of issue with the tracking and invalid tracking rates on both platforms. Directly because of Shipstation. When I raise is with the customer service team I get told to go a talk to Amazon and TikTok as it is their systems that are at fault. What's the point of paying for system that you have manually up date everything!?!

This is my last review posting on 500px. I thought maybe Ive been tooo harsh in my opinion about their Support. However since I sent my 1st email to 500px at the beginning of February ive not hada single reply.So people if you have an issue/grievances with them dont expect any responses unless its in their favour.Personally I call their attitude ignorant, arrogant, disrespectful and completely unprofessional, and maybe other choice discriptions I could make about them. Sad really as I was a Pro Member for so many years. They will take your money easily after that..... well those that join will soon find out, and for goodness sake do not upset them..You will suffer.
