Review of Canva
At the start I was loving it. As time went on, I found that there were extended periods where it was unable to save or export my work. Hours of time on design was lost. Tech support gave irrelevant advice (did not look at screen shots provided) & no credit was offered to offset paying for a service that wasn't working for literal days.

Review of agoda
I was using Agoda for the longest time. I called the customer care to extend my stay one night but changed my mind immediately on the same call. The agent told me that they accidentally refunded the money for my stay and only charged me for the extra night. Then I kept getting spammed by Agoda to pay for the refund which I did but they refused to refund me for the one night that I extended and cancelled immediately and did not stay. Their customer care emails are always templated, it's like they have no brain or training to consider the situation and give a unique reply to each person. I don't recommend this website.

Issues from the start For some reason I could not activate my subscription. I emailed Customer Service and after a few emails it finally worked....for about a month. When I tried to access the app, it asked me to purchase the issues although I had a subscription. Customer Service then told me my subscription was not activated. Another few email later, they finally agreed on doing it on their end as it was not working at all on mine and send me login in details. I put them in and it kept saying "error occured" and not access granted, again.I have asked to refund the money for the digital subscription and of course cancelled any future subscriptions. Worst digital customer experience I had in a long time. Never again!

Review of vrbo
I’ve used VRBO successfully in the past, but my recent dismal and costly experience using them last month to find a vacation property in Mérida, Mexico convinced me to never visit their website again. They offer zero support if their end user gets ripped off by an unscrupulous property owner who first said my booking dates were available. So I gave them my payment info. They immediately responded that those dates weren’t available after all. So I booked a different property. The next day the first host emailed me a confirmation for the original dates. When I explained I had made a different reservation, they said they weren’t refunding my payment because it was too late to cancel even though the check-in date was still over 3 weeks away. I got stuck paying over $700 for a property I never used. Don’t trust VRBO…they’ll ruin your vacation.

Review of softwareadvice
From the very beginning, the site is easy to navigate, intuitive, and offers a wealth of information to start filtering out potential vendors. When I submitted my request for a follow-up, they called me the same day. I was presently surprised to not receive a pushy sales pitch but a quick and well-crafted questionnaire that took me 10 minutes to answer and landed me five on-point software recommendations. The best part is that it did not cost me a cent. To me, it was like using the equivalent of Angie's list for software but a much more personalized experience.
Review of seatgeek
ordered tickets through Ticketmaster and found out that y'all were age 3rd party. received tickets two days before game, when I purchased a long time ago. did not like the process of how my tickets were released. kept calling and kept getting the run around. will not use seatgeak in the future
Review of lg
Had a decent experience with LG appliances previously, but this review is bad because LG contracts with RXO, which is a terrible delivery company and LG doesn’t care if customers actually get their products. After making many days of attempts to try and get my appliances delivered, I reached out to LG and they said that the appliances are with the shipping company and it is out of their hands. LG should care about customers and not use such a terrible delivery company that makes them look bad. Shame on LG for using RXO.

Review of investing
I subscribed to no adds features (£45/year) but I cancelled it after a few minutes of using because I found out I have to pay for another subscriptions to access InvestingPro (£135/year) which I have no idea if it would allow me to start investing or trading using the app. I have £20K in my eToro account which I use daily to trade/invest but I paid nothing to use their app which is add-free and because I have a gold subscription account (having more than £10K in my eToro wallet which I use to trade/invest daily) I get many benefits from it. In Investing.com I feel that they try to get money from everyone before the users can even start investing/trading. I was planning to start investing/trading with even bigger amount than eToro app but Investing.com lost me.

Review of bitwarden
Bitwarden in an excellent service, priced just right and super useful. Packed with a lot of features that protect your passwords, facilitate your logins and give you a peace of mind it's a companion that you'd never want to leave on the bench. To add to the excellent service they have an excellent customer support staff which will help and be with you along the way if you ever have any trouble.
