I’ve had my Nest Thermostat since August 2020 and it just stopped working a few days ago. I called Google Nest support and they provided me with the details to book a replacement and fitting for free. The engineer arrived the next day and all is working well. Very pleased with the service and speed - after reading these reviews I wasn’t expecting it!
