I am sorry to say that every aspect of Lenovo's Warranty Repair service - on a mini-tower H50-55 desktop - was a failure. (A) Initial warranty vetting system kept rejecting my product Ser No. by pulling up a completely different product. (B) Although this PC was still in Warranty period, I had to wait on a "Case Manager" to approve my dead motherboard complaint. (C) 1st line support staff are based overseas, cannot understand the fault descriptions, and need 72hrs to get a US case manager to consider repairs options. (D) Waited nearly 1 month for Repair Center to send me correct-sized carton with which to ship my PC to the Repair Center. (E) First carton which arrived after 10 days was designed for a 20inch PC Screen; Second box which arrived was for a Tablet; Finally a USA case manager manually shipped an appropriate carton for a mini-tower from a separate location (i.e. not from the Repair Center).============================================= REPAIR PROCESS ================= After 2 weeks PC was returned with following issues: (F) Replaced motherboard and replaced HDD. However, the HDD arrived with Lenovo Support product key - to match the replaced motherboard, I guess. (G) But MS Store rejected this Support product key when I tried to buy an upgrade of Win10 Home to Win10 Pro. So now I was stuck with a Win10 Home system! (H) 3 mos later, the motherboard died yet again. Fortunately I had developed a relationship with the US case manager, who took pity on me and agreed to send me a new PC as a replacement, instead of insisting on yet another motherboard repair. (J) After reviewing the specs for this PC I concluded the motherboard problems likely stemmed from the pathetic 120Watt power supply unit. Although the mini tower case was small, and the weak PSU was very small, I did find a good brand 500Watt PSU that filled the PC case. ===========================CONCLUSIONS================== After having purchased 3 Thinkpads from Lenovo, back in the days when its great service (IBM caliber) differentiated it from Dell, HP, etc. I wouldn't touch another Lenovo product. Like most US airlines, Lenovo has steadily shaved the quality of its Support services, till there is no longer any pedigree left in the Lenovo brand.

They do not let you qualify for just about any of their surveys. I use an app that has them on often as a survey router. They disqualify you sometimes before the screening. They sometimes ask you 100 questions that turns out was the screening then refuse to pay for the time they took from you. They are overall a trash company. How can you have this many bad reviews and nothing has happened yet? I have put them on notepad file as of today as "do not take" because you'll just end up disqualified from every survey they throw your way and if you do qualify, sometimes they just randomly DQ you in the middle for no reason.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would, they're a joke. If you don't have access to the original number, they'll charge you for any type assistance. The customer service is a actual joke, They dont actually care with there monotone voice and lack of empathy. They really just want you to pay for your account back and subscribe to subscriptions. F@@@ this worthless company

Just starting to install things on a newly acquired Mac ... This is one of the 1st tool I install, always. It is essential for safety, it is extremely well done and executed tool. UI is great, user experience does need to know and look around, but in the end all is safe, and this one password keeper is the only one you will ever need. I share it with my family, and there is some learning slope for some, but in the end, they are all happy when I ask them ... "Well, did you keep it in 1Password?" ... They like my smile when they say "yes" :-)
