I speak highly of this company’s customer service. Not sure why I had difficulty accessing my chosen artists membership but following a written request for assistance I received a response from Tina within a few hours… and she followed up four times. So impressive in this techno world. The issue was successfully resolved. I love the concept of this app. The artist I support works hard to produce his work. I prefer this app to Patreon (did I spell that correctly) Thumbs up, 5 Stars, and a massive compliment and thanks to Tina🤗🤗.

Review of binance

Really bad experience with Binance

Really bad experience with Binance. Firstly I have been receiving messages to say people are Tring to access my account from France but on phoning up their helpline the staff don't seem to know what they are talking about. Today I have been trying all day to withdraw my money in Gbp, however Binance don't allow you to convert anything back to Gbp and bank transfers can only be carried out in Gbp (which my deposits were always in). How unethical of this company to make it so difficult to take back your own funds. I am absolutely done with them. I have made the transfer to my husband's trust wallet and still over an hour later we are waiting for three funds to transfer. God only knows if it will. Awful experience. Never again.

Review of asus

Ready to wage more on this company

Reading the reviews and my own personal experience of this seemingly fraudulent company, does anyone have any ideas who we can take them on? I know without a doubt my 3 month old laptop was not damaged by me and believe it was a software issue not damage to the screen as they are telling me. They have me over a barrel. I either cough up £179, pay them £40 to have the laptop repaired or give it to them and lose everything. I've asked for it to be returned free of charge so I can ask an independent repairer for their opinion but they have refused. I'm furious and ready for war with them. If all their customers face these hefty fines for buying ASUS computers they are making a lot of money out of repairs they are causing. Anyone any ideas?

Review of tiktok

Tiktok Has Left The Decency Behind

I used to make fun of Facebook and Twitter, but Tiktok is horrendous. Don't touch this app if you know what is good for you. Trolls have free reign, Kangaroo Court Tiktok punish the good and reward the sick minded who attack the good. Their adverts are sick and push disturbing messages on the young. Some content is very good , but overwhelmingly it is very bad. Stay away.8/4/2022 ; have updated my review stars from 1 to 3 stars as there has been an improvement, but they still need to review some of their posted adverts.

Review of surveymonkey

SurveyMonkey uses deceptive business practices.

SurveyMonkey does not reveal the details of the free plan. It is very underhanded. I understand a free plan is going to be limited. But nowhere do they tell you that only 10 responses to a survey are allowed on the free plan. So after I sent out the survey to my audience, my eleventh response was not available unless I paid $99 for a month of the free plan. The company should be upfront to tell users what is included in the free plan. I will never use this software again

Review of Reddit

Bans users for reporting hate.

Attempts to report harassment, bullying, ect, leads to your own account getting banned.Attempts to challenge a ban is useless, as reddit will respond claiming you broke their rules, but will not provide any proof of such, or will point to a vague rule that explains nothing. (Was banned for rule 8, attempting to 'break' reddit, but no mention of how, and they lock you out from asking questions after a single appeal)Had attempted to report a post of reddit thar was encouraging people to harrass a user on another site, providing a direct link to their profile.Within a few hours, found my account was instantly hit with a permanent ban, claiming bullying and harassment on my part.Tried to appeal, asking for an explanation, as their message only linked to the post I had reported. Within an hour, had an auto response claiming I broke rule 8, still with no actual reason provided.

Best Decision Ever!!!

Was hesitant to use them, as already signed under 2 other hosting sites in the past 2 months, trying to get things taken care of.Yea Bluehost!!! So glad I took the leap and have had nothing but excellent customer service with a site that has given me grief until they took over. Every question taken care of and every problem solved. Could not ask for a better company to work with!!

Review of 99designs

It feels like teaching a bunch of kids…

It feels like teaching a bunch of kids how to do their job. I feel like 99design should pay me for what I have to do to make the contest go okay. I have an open contest for logo + brand guide and it has been a terrible experience. I've ticked the "Guaranteed" box by mistake and contacted the support within 1 hour of launching to tell them to close it but they are slow to reply and only use generic responses.Designers are the worst quality indipendently of which tier you choose. 400 or 1600 euros is the same. "Excellent" level designers are just average. "Medium" level are 5$/h Upwork designers. Also designers are NOT qualified at all to make brands, nevertheless "brand guides". You can only use this service if you have no idea about anything and like the idea of having a contest.I've spent 1200 euros for something I could've had done with 50 dollars on fiverr.I'm talking to my lawyers to see if we can sue them and get our money back.1/10 not recommended.

Review of Etsy

I purchased an item on 27/10/24 from an Etsy shop. I waited a couple of months and when tracking it just said 'in transit'. Eventually the shop owner jmdvintage conveyed to me that the item had been delivered. Well it hadn't been delivered. I opened a case with Paypal, but they were told by Etsy that the $178.85 owed to me had been refunded when it hadn't. Etsy have given me a credit, but I want a refund, because I don't intend to ever use them again. Unfortunately I'm getting nowhere, so have decided to buy something else there with my credit, but I can't work out how to use the credit to purchase the new item. I'm getting nowhere there either and starting to become more than agitated. It's impossible to get in touch with a person at Etsy, they just give you these questions to answer pertaining to your particular problem. None of them pertain to my problem. I just want my money back or use my so called credit to purchase the last item I'll ever purchase from Etsy again. My advice is, use Ebay instead.

Review of uniqlo

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from them. Unless you bombard them with emails for weeks (they do not answer the phone) and seek official legal support from elsewhere they will not refund you. And clothing is awful. Poor quality and inconsistent sizing. Avoid.

Review of live

got a developer account

got a developer account, paid the fee, didn't use the account for weeks, since the App Store is dead as the whole windows phone thing, the thing I couldn't even login to my account, apparently somehow I've sent spam when I didn't even log in, to get the code via sms never works and have only one shot per day, witch is silly for something that doesn't even work, called every support, US, Morocco, france, and either someone who barely speck English nor French, nor understood the issue, or told me to reset the password.I can't stand microsoft nor its services but this is beyond awful support

Review of goldmansachs

Goldman Sachs (Apple Card) Review

Goldman Sachs (Apple Card) Review – Poor Customer Support & Unhelpful ServiceI reached out to Goldman Sachs, the bank backing the Apple Card, to request a review of my credit limit decrease, expecting a fair and reasonable discussion. Instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful customer service from both a representative and a supervisor.I spoke with Hector, a customer service specialist, who repeatedly told me to dispute my credit limit decrease with the credit agency, even though that wasn’t what I was requesting. I pointed out that my TransUnion credit report showed an increase in my credit score, but rather than actually reviewing my request, he ignored my concerns and continued suggesting something irrelevant. When I asked for a supervisor, I was transferred to Monica, expecting a more thoughtful review. Instead, she gave the exact same unhelpful response without actually addressing my questions. Then, while I was in the middle of responding, she abruptly ended the chat, cutting off the conversation entirely. To make matters worse, instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was baited into trying to close my account, as if that was the only solution they were willing to offer. At no point did they make any real effort to keep me as a customer or provide any actual assistance. This was an extremely frustrating and impersonal experience. Goldman Sachs, as the financial institution behind the Apple Card, failed to provide customer support that is fair, reasonable, or even willing to listen. If you’re looking for a credit card issuer that values its customers, I would not recommend them.

Review of chase

Good Option for the Experienced, but it can be Difficult to Get Started

When I was in college, I always wanted a Chase credit card, but I didn’t have a credit history, so I kept getting denied. Now, after working for several years, I finally got my Chase Freedom Unlimited. It felt great, but I wish Chase were more like other banks, such as BofA, which are more likely to help those just starting out. I witnessed my local BofA branch manager personally called the credit card department just to get a new immigrant who worked at Stop and shop approved for a secured card.

Review of chase

Chase auto-cancels all my international wires, no matter what I do

I've been trying to transfer funds for an investment out of my Chase checking account for the past month, and no matter how many times I verify my identity, transfer purpose/details, how I received and confirmed the recipient bank details, etc--Chase repeatedly rejects/cancels my transfer. At this point I have been on the phone with them multiple times, before, during, and after these transfer attempts (including having them on the line as I initiate the transfer process so that they can pre-vet the transaction on their back end). And every time, the transfer has failed, I incur fees despite the transfer failing, and the Chase representative tells me there is nothing they can do if their automated system rejects my transfer, followed by a boilerplate speech about the importance of AML/KYC precautions.I am not trying to transfer an insane sum of money, nor are my Chase accounts associated with any unusual financial activity. So it's insane to me that the company has essentially frozen my funds in my own account when I need it for a time-sensitive investment I've already signed a contract for. The only options they give me are to "keep trying" (hilarious), "try transferring to a different recipient address" (I've tried, and it failed), or fly back to the US and visit a local Chase bank (unreasonable given how time-sensitive this is, and the fact that I'm based overseas).I've been with Chase for a very long time, but not for long, and I will certainly be recommending their competitors to anyone who asks.
