Review of ancestry
Well I didn't know I was supposed to give my maiden name and I put my married name on the original form I filled out I don't think my DNA is accurate because where it says my family originated it did not and I would think of their using my DNA to trace my family history it would tell them along the way I got married in my maiden name was Nolan.

We recently purchased a battery-operated DR Trimmer Mower for about $600. We used it less than five hours when the moe ball fractured requiring us to replace it. Two were sent for a price of about $60. Robust is not a good word to describe this very expensive mower. When we received our mower, we were shocked at the amount of plastic it was made of. The moe ball is what hits the ground when you are cutting weeds and grass. It too was made of plastic. Each time you hit a small rock, you injure the moe ball. Here in Arkansas, small rocks are everywhere. If this weren't enough, don't count on getting up to 40 minutes of use for a 1.5 hour charge. True, some of the cutting was tough so we excused at first the 15 minutes we got out of the charge. Did it get better. Sadly no. Seems like we need to get used to electric products that don't measure up to the ad. Bummer. I do NOT recommend this product.

Review of garmin
It's difficult to know where to start! After weeks of research I decided to buy a Garmin Vivoactive 4s to use whilst getting back in to fitness after injury. My main activity is cycling (both mountain biking and using a smart trainer) which the watch is advertised specifically to be used with. When I got the watch, disappointingly I quickly found that it doesn't pair with Garmin's own Tacx Neo 2 smart trainer and so I had to buy a chest strap HR monitor to use whilst on the trainer. Whilst using the trainer I found that the watch was giving no where near an accurate HR - The chest strap was reading 180bpm and the watch as low as 86bmp in some cases whilst I was at the peak of my exercise! After contacting Garmin, they requested proof which I sent in straight away. I had to chase for a response over a week later, only to then be told that this was normal and that they wouldn't expect the HR on the watch to be accurate when cycling due to the position of your wrist! - Odd as when on my smart trainer I tried having my wrist both on the handlebars and whilst sat upright with no impact on my wrist position and neither made any difference. After highlighting that the watch shouldn't be advertised as being suitable for use alongside cycling they finally (reluctantly) agreed to give me a refund if I could prove that the watch has been purchased directly from them and within a 'reasonable' time frame (no indication as to what that looked like though).I sent the watch back and was told to expect a 5-7 working day period before the refund was seen in my account. They received the watch back on the 6th of this month, I chased the refund on the 16th only to be told that the refund had only been processed on the 15th and to allow time for it to appear in my account. Now we are nearly 3 weeks down the line and I still have no refund! These guys are quick enough to take your money but trying to get your money back when the product is not as advertised is not straightforward at all. I still have no answer as to why I haven't received my refund - How difficult can it be? Very poor customer service and not impressed at all with the false advertising which has resulted in a complete waste of my time and money because of course you have to pay for your own shipping to return it too!Looking at the reviews on this site (which I stupidly should have done before purchasing), it seems as though you have a lot of work to do to improve Garmin!
Review of consumerreports
Today I received a notification from my credit card company indicating that there had been a charge of $39.00 to my card from consumerreports.org. I received NO email notification (It IS possible that it went to spam.) When I called to cancel the account, I was told that I would be refunded $29. I asked why that was when I received NO notification of the upcoming charge. Alexandria told me that I received a letter in the mail, but I did NOT!!!!!!!!! I told her that I received no letter and no email, JUST a notification of the charge on my credit card and I was calling right away to take care of the issue. She said that was basically too bad and when I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to give me one!!!!!! VERY, VERY RUDE customer service!!!! In addition, I received NO NOTIFICATION, YET I have to pay $10!!!!!!!! For what!?!?!?! DONE WITH CONSUMER REPORTS FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!
