I was in the process of changing my cell service to AT&T. On March 17,2024I was told a new sim card had been sent via Fedex. I didn't receive it. Last week I called AT&T and was told the new sim card was being held up by Fedex. The CS rep told me they could make the transfer the sim card electronically. It would take 15 minutes. I was offered a Iphone 14 at $5.99 a month for 36 months. I agreed to this. On the same call two hours and four service reps later, AT&T shut my phone down and canceled my T Mobile service. I had no way of sending or receiving calls or text. I drove to an AT&T store. The young lady had my new sim card set up in about 10 minutes. I told her I would like to take advantage of the new phone offer. I picked out a phone and she couldn't get it to process for the sale. She asked a supervisor for help. He looked at the transaction and said it wouldn't process because I didn't take the new phone when I transferred the service. How could I complete the process of buying the new phone when the service hadn't been completed and AT&T shut my phone down? He said, I would have to call CS and speak with a supervisor. I did. When I finally got to speak with a CS supervisor I was told there is nothing she could do because I didn't accept the new offer when I changed the service. Which again, I couldn't do as AT&T shut down my phone. The supervisor did offer me a couple of unsatisfactory options. None of which would result in me getting the original iphone 14 offer. This was simply a bait and switch tactic. I wish I hadn't changed my service.

Absolutely disgusting! Taken as a trial more than a year, never used, missed the cancellation so charged £54! OK my fault but now they’ve renewed again, £60! No notification before, only picked up when PayPal advised it’s going through.Since this review Animoto relooked at the situation and refunded the payment.

You don't even deserve a 1 star! Extremely bias, very rude, interruptive reporters - like at yesterday's President's briefing 4/13/20 - don't know her name but a blonde young women who was continuously interruptive, extremely rude and disrespectful. But I guess that is the kind of person your news department likes to hire. No wonder so many Americans dislike CNN and your ratings are so poor!

It has taken over good products and Journals and made them unusable by non existent support services.I use Compete Anatomy - an excellent program but since elsevier became involved cannot launch program.The 'chat bot' does not work -ever. And the sign in system does not work at all. AVOID if you can

I speak highly of this company’s customer service. Not sure why I had difficulty accessing my chosen artists membership but following a written request for assistance I received a response from Tina within a few hours… and she followed up four times. So impressive in this techno world. The issue was successfully resolved. I love the concept of this app. The artist I support works hard to produce his work. I prefer this app to Patreon (did I spell that correctly) Thumbs up, 5 Stars, and a massive compliment and thanks to Tina🤗🤗.

Really bad experience with Binance. Firstly I have been receiving messages to say people are Tring to access my account from France but on phoning up their helpline the staff don't seem to know what they are talking about. Today I have been trying all day to withdraw my money in Gbp, however Binance don't allow you to convert anything back to Gbp and bank transfers can only be carried out in Gbp (which my deposits were always in). How unethical of this company to make it so difficult to take back your own funds. I am absolutely done with them. I have made the transfer to my husband's trust wallet and still over an hour later we are waiting for three funds to transfer. God only knows if it will. Awful experience. Never again.
