5 weeks to receive trainers, tried to cancel 3 weeks ago before they were shipped, called up a live rep who informed me I can cancel and I'd receive the refund in 48 hours because the order hadn't been shipped. 5 days later email telling me item has been shipped, called up customer service and no knowledge of the cancellation. Absolutely worthless experience, who are these customer service muppets, bottom of the barrell for sure. I'm still waiting for the trainers. Don't be fooled into buying online from Adidas. Tell everyone you know they are absolutely worthless.

Obviously a scam!I was hoping receiving Nancy Drew pdf all book 1-64. That website make us believe they have it for free but when I downloaded such file, it lead to other website. They might have a bundled download when paying monthly but I suspected that same Nancy drew file will be same as free one. Obviously this is false advertisement. Acct deleted!

I’m never buying anything from BestBuy again after having so many issues with them. We spent thousands of dollars buying appliances from them and two of the appliances came damaged upon delivery and it took 3 months to have one of them replaced and installed. They also charge a certain amount for installation but then they end up charging us more right before the scheduled installation. They did this twice and it really felt like a scam. They use third party installer through quick contractors but their internal communication is non existent and when you phone BestBuy, they can’t rectify anything. Overall horrible customer service and we regret giving them our business. Big company doesn’t mean better service at all. They don’t care about their customers. Never ever using them again and we’ve told everyone we know to avoid buying from them. Shameful company, zero or minus stars.

Booked 4 rooms paid 1800$ arrived at hotel and they couldn’t find my room. Called Agoda (on international calls) they can see my bookings but somehow hotel didn’t record. Hotel fully booked so they arranged another hotel after multiple international calls just to confirm. They said system error so I need to book the new rooms myself- new rooms are 3500$ so in total I have paid $5300 but they only offer to now refund $1700 instead of the total replacement $3500. They did not refund the original booking either. The company has now become a fraud after I have supported them for years. Never again will I use them. No compensation was offered either for time loss, international calls nor extra transport needed The agent also told me they did not call me back because I asked to be compensated. They left the problem and made no effort for service recovery and still said they did not attend to me because they cannot compensate

Wow where do I begin. I was looking to book a stay at the Wailea Beach Resort in Maui. I came across Trip Advisor "Trip Advisor Plus Member Discount". I signed up to become a trip advisor plus member for 99$ up front fee. I then proceeded to book the hotel and was not able to check out. I called customer service and have been back and forth with them on the phone for 4days. Getting different responses and lies from all the agents. Every-time I call its a different story. The payment would not go through for discounted price of course. However the payment for the 99$ went through lightning fast. From my experience they tease you with the rate to get you to sign up, but you can not actually book it. I have been told the tech department is "working on it" for 4 days with no update. No one knows what the issue is. I had to cancel flights and rental cars because of this. Horrific experience. I will be cancelling my memebership and booking elsewhere. Thank you for the miserable customer service experience.

Yesterday I posted a review on trip advisor with pictures. Shortly after I received an email stating that I had copyed one or more pictures from elsewhere. This was not the case. My picture taking skills are terrible and I doubt very much that anyone else has an exact picture. They sent a link to appeal the algorithm nonsense and today informed me the decision stands. Don't trust tripadvisor!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Target has become so woke that it's disgusting. To walk into a store that has gay clothes right in your face and even gay clothing for kids,too....is a shopping experience that I don't need nor do my kids. Shame on you, Target ! This company is a scam. Please don't sign up for the "free" trial. Unlike most free trials, this company charges you immediately without allowing a refund. Once you sign up, you're stuck. They refused a refund and offered "options" to lower your supposed commitment. I did not commit to anything when I signed up for the free 7 days. The site "agree" buttons mislead you without proper explanation, and this site should be shut down.

Horrible experience on this slave ship where workers are poorly compensated and poorly treated.Prices are not transparent and there is an intent to defraud.I had to take my daughter to the medical section to check out some insect bites. Charges were not well communicated and I got slapped 152 dollars for a 10 mins communication despite being charged for the drugs purchased.
