5 weeks to receive trainers, tried to cancel 3 weeks ago before they were shipped, called up a live rep who informed me I can cancel and I'd receive the refund in 48 hours because the order hadn't been shipped. 5 days later email telling me item has been shipped, called up customer service and no knowledge of the cancellation. Absolutely worthless experience, who are these customer service muppets, bottom of the barrell for sure. I'm still waiting for the trainers. Don't be fooled into buying online from Adidas. Tell everyone you know they are absolutely worthless.
