After being a loyal customer with aol mail for 16 years I was and still am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from AOL following a lock out of my account and unable to reset password. I use the account everyday and rely on it. Aol are yet to address tge issue and my account cannot be accessed!

My recent experience with Uber was absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. I took a ride from Manchester Airport and was charged nearly double what the fare should have been. There was no clear explanation for the inflated price, and it felt like I was completely taken advantage of.Worse still, I accidentally left my child’s stroller in the car. The driver did report the lost item, and shortly after, Uber’s customer service reached out via the in-app chat to ask if I had lost anything. I promptly responded and provided full details about the stroller.It’s now been 5 days and I’ve heard nothing back. No updates, no help, just complete silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility and basic follow-up from a company that markets itself on convenience and customer care.This experience has made me seriously reconsider using Uber in the future. If you care about fair pricing or the possibility of recovering lost belongings, be warned—you’re on your own.

I payed extra postage on an item to be sure it arrived in time for a gift. It didn’t! It arrived too late. It was a sticker, so not a large item, but arrived in a filthy package and screwed up. There is no option on their complaint page for this, as I don’t want a refund,as the sticker could be a late gift, but that’s not the point!

Bought Microsoft 365 for business last week. Went to install today. Lost count of the number of agents I spoke with. Spent 5 hours back and forth with agents and “engineers “, non of whom could successfully load their program on my computer even when allowed to view my screen. Eventually they stopped calling me back. If I wasn't already so heavily invested in excel I would have dropped them. After reading a little on the internet started winging it myself deleting old microsoft programs and finally I got it to download. Feel like they should pay me at this point for wasting my day with their polite but not terribly useful customer service agents.

We booked a hotel with company and found a better deal weeks before our weekend trip to Edinburgh. We cancelled the booking on their app as you are required to do and have the email confirming this , only to find out on the day off our return Hotels.com had taken the payment for the cancelled booking. After speaking to the hotel they told us it’s is down to hotels .com .Hotel.com are a total waste of time and are a company that are not interested in their customers .I will never use this company again and strongly suggest people read reviews about this two bit company and never use them.

Everything is wrong with piece of junk garbage HP printer i've got. I've spent hours troubleshoot the wifi connection until i gave up. Days later it just decided to work again, expect no i prints blank pages and no troubleshooting seems to resovle the issue. Garbage customer service and worse products. Never again.

Terrible experience since a few month. Most of my emails are considered as spam with spamhaus because of sendgrid ip pools used by spammers. SendGrid say they cannot give an ETA to remove the ips from spam list and suggested to buy the $80 subscription to have a dedicated IP. Will not use this service anymore

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHERE ARE YOU OUTSOURCING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO, ULTA?????????The customer service rep even read me a speech about how he's not trying to be rude, he's just doing his job and it was the worst thing I ever heard because I could tell he was reading it from his screen. That's how bad their customer service is, they now have a speech to give to customers telling them theyre not being rude! This is outrageous!!!!!!!!

I cannot believe what Google is doing to me. It is simply PLAYING with the patience of loyal users like myself. I was having a chat in Vertex AI Multimodal (with gemini-1.5-pro-001Model, the top-tier quality with up to 2M context window), working on a task on a SUNDAY, and I was automatically logged out of my Google account. Because I didn’t save the conversation, I lost everything I had worked on today. Once again, it feels like they are pushing me to abandon this AI.Moreover, ethics and transparency are entirely questioned by me due to misleading responses. In other chats, there are delays, and the response I receive is that Google’s Vertex AI has been working on a problem in my prompt for days, even though I initiated the chat less than 24 hours ago. How could it have been working on it for days? This is just ridiculous.I feel like I’m back in the era of FLOPPY DISKS, having to save every 3 minutes to avoid losing my work. And this is with Google, the pioneer of eliminating the need for a save button with their cloud innovations. This is a CRITICAL and UNACCEPTABLE flaw, especially since I didn’t even receive a warning that I was about to be logged out and needed to save my work.I have all of Google‘s products - Workspace, YouTube, One, and I was considering Cloud. Everything I use is on the Google platform. But now I’m about to abandon it. I have been very tolerant with previous versions of Google’s AI. This one seemed the most promising, but it is the most disappointing because I am losing days of productivity due to a critical flaw that I have already reported to Google support, yet I have not received any response.What is even more perplexing is that this issue has been ongoing for five weeks, and it seems impossible that no other users have reported it. How can a company of this stature not have fixed something that seems so simple? This is a terrible experience. It leaves anyone extremely frustrated.I worked through the nights! I am working on a Sunday to be more efficient with fewer resource constraints from Google. I am using the 2M Model, which should handle large volumes of data, and I can’t even save what I have been working on for almost 20/30 hours (wasted) living on crumbs of paragraphs or pages.Very DISAPPOINTED!
