Booked 4 rooms paid 1800$ arrived at hotel and they couldn’t find my room. Called Agoda (on international calls) they can see my bookings but somehow hotel didn’t record. Hotel fully booked so they arranged another hotel after multiple international calls just to confirm. They said system error so I need to book the new rooms myself- new rooms are 3500$ so in total I have paid $5300 but they only offer to now refund $1700 instead of the total replacement $3500. They did not refund the original booking either. The company has now become a fraud after I have supported them for years. Never again will I use them. No compensation was offered either for time loss, international calls nor extra transport needed The agent also told me they did not call me back because I asked to be compensated. They left the problem and made no effort for service recovery and still said they did not attend to me because they cannot compensate
