I quite like the journalism but the online experience is so dodgy. 1. Swiping left used to "turn the page" but now it sometimes does, sometimes doesn't2. The graphics are all shifted to the right hand side since the last update. So you can only see the left hand side3. The chat function makes it look as if you can leave/cancel via chat. I was in a queue for 25 minutes and then the response was I would have to phone to cancel. What was the point of waiting?? They could have used the bot to say don't bother holding for customer service.4. Customer service agent took forever to find my account when I did call to cancel. They gave me another 3 months discounted rate but I won't renew again after that.So frustrating!!
