Coming from a user standpoint I'm a property manager and I find your software program's amazing I am using entrada and I find it extremely user friendly there are other software programs you also have which I am enjoying I find your company G2 quite solid in providing top notch amazing software programs.

We had booked for the Legends Festival in August 2020 but with the coronavirus,Eventbrite or Starlight concerts have made the decision to cancel ( Not me) Fair enough that's their decision in light of the current situation,however they have refused to refund money for tickets instead offering new tickets for next year.I have explained that I am unable to commit to any dates next year but still no news of a refund.Thinking I have been ripped of don't think I would want to put anymore money in their pockets now...not just bad very bad!

Ok, so I really like Deezer: the way it's designed, the things I can do with it the algorithm the music quizzes, how easy to use it is etc. I think it can still be improved when it comes to the audiobooks (see my review in the Playstore) and sometimes it just like stops but that may also just be my phone xd. Great app, can definitely recommend!

Deceitful cancellation policyI purchased the product with the intention of only using the product for 1-2 months. I went to cancel and found out that I have to pay a cancellation fee. This feels wrong, even if it is in the fine print of the policy.

Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My account has been frozen for over a week now and they are saying that my bank took money from them. I have provided documentation from my bank showing them this isn’t the case. I keep getting the same message from every person I’ve spoken to - they all copy and paste the same thing. At this point, I have now spoken to 10 different people and the issue still isn’t resolved. They claim they can’t make outgoing calls to call my bank and resolve the issue. Truly a terrible experience! Do better Venmo.

This is the most frustrating and horrible banking service that I've ever delt with. So June 23rd my fiances mother sent us money via Venmo which I just set up. Immediately after that. My account was frozen I called that day they said I should receive a email within 3 days and expedited the process. June 28th comes still no answer this time I use the Venmo help form and get told 5-7 business days wait. July 11th comes I email them Again as it's then been 15 business days since the block occurred.Well I finally get an answer July 13th. Apparently my identity needed verification even though when I went to verify identity in the app it kicked me out saying "your all good". They asked for a copy of my state Id and my bank account that was connected to the account.I gave them that.Yesterday they emailed me and I missed it originally.Now they want a copy of my expired state ID to accept the unexpired state ID. I've always been taught to shread my expired state IDs. Right now they have my social security number,my bank statement,and my state ID. This is enough to prove my identity in every state or to steal my identity. Now I have had 4 PayPal accounts over the years. While all of them needed me to verify my identity this was a simple process that took at most 3 days. I've been dealing with Venmo now almost a month. Trying to get 20.00 out of the account. I asked them to send it back to my fiances mother. They said they were unable to. This is the most frustrating banking experience I have ever had. If I could give them zero stars they would be at zero. I will never use Venmo again as soon as I get the money back to his mother or in my account.

I used to order from Amazon all of the time. Have spent thousands of dollars over the years. They recently built an Amazon hub in Duluth Mn. Oh my gosh, what a joke. The delivery drivers leave all of your packages in the lobby of large apartment complexes. Every thing is always stolen and it is hell to get a refund. Most times impossible. I have deleted my Amazon app and gone 100% with Walmart. I hope there packages are delivered like this. I cannot believe that this is even legal.

Chileee where to begin..tiktok is a joke in 2021💀 the app was mainly for kids but now there’s soo much sexual audios (that have somehow been able to stay on the platform??) it’s not even funny or a joke anymore & then there’s wayy too many predators commenting on little kids videos & stuff like racism & black face. It’s just an app for trolls at this point & tiktok still wanna go on like nothing happening besides the warnings & reports.. a mess. it’s givingg very much incompetent darlings😧

RC customer service is the worst I have come across, they brand themselves as always giving 5* service while that is true on the boat I am yet to experience an ounce of that through customer service. Royal Caribbean have decided to make it mandatory that all guests need to book an excursion to leave the ship on port days, as apparently this is government guidelines. This rules is made up by RC and they cannot share or prove any evidence where it says the guidelines, in fact the guidelines are saying the opposite. They have also stated this less than 48hrs before we cruise and most excursions are fully booked. You’ll also get told one thing by one member of staff and something completely different from the next. They will do nothing to help you resolve a query, everything is by email. I have been waiting on email acknowledgements or even a reply for 4 weeks. I want to upgrade my room, my ship holds 4,000+ guests, currently sailings are capped at 1000 guests. I am being told I cannot upgrade as the is ship full. Are they jokers? Also the gratuities are insane, cruise fare, drinks & food packages, events everything has an automatic gratuity in the cost. Each guest is charged £15 a day by sea pass as an obligatory gratuity, every drink I order that I have already paid a gratuity charge on is then added another 18% gratuity per drink. Also the nerve is then they hand you a tip book and envelope every time you order something. Does RC even pay their staff? as 70% of my cruise is just gratuities. I’m going to escalate as much as possible, as this experience is definitely not relaxing
