Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My account has been frozen for over a week now and they are saying that my bank took money from them. I have provided documentation from my bank showing them this isn’t the case. I keep getting the same message from every person I’ve spoken to - they all copy and paste the same thing. At this point, I have now spoken to 10 different people and the issue still isn’t resolved. They claim they can’t make outgoing calls to call my bank and resolve the issue. Truly a terrible experience! Do better Venmo.
