Onedrive will lose your data.

Onedrive will back up data, it moves your files to their servers without telling you!! Now i cant access hundreds of files!Iv used google backup to ensure the files were never lost! They make backup service that actuarily lose data!This is the opposite of backup.There is no way this can be forgiven!I hope they go down some day!

This company is horrible.There is nothing good about any of this software. Stay away from it, it's a waste of your money. It cannot recognize any application and will flag and block literally any app you download. The person who made this should just disappear and that would make the world a better place.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Verträge und den Service, den Haufe bereitstellt.Ich hatte am 02.05 für Testzwecke eine wie folgt beschriebene Software von Haufe heruntergeladen:06456-2015 1 STLexware hausverwaltung plus 2023Software DownloadFestpreis - 455,07 €.Man liest folgendes im Online-Shop ( shop.haufe.de --> prod --> lexware-hausverwaltung):- Muss ich vorab etwas bezahlen?Nur wenn Sie Ihre Lizenz nach 4 Wochen behalten möchten, wird die vorläufige Rechnung fällig- Wie storniere ich?Einfach mit nur einem Klick im Haufe-Konto stornieren oder per Mail an service[at]haufe.de Kaum hatte ich die Software zum Download bereitgestellt gehabt, kam am 04.05.23 die Rechnung. Ich hatte dann sofort den Vertrag storniert.Heute, am 14.06, kam eine Aufforderung zur Zahlung des offenstehenden Betrags. Ich habe angerufen, weil ich von einem automatisierten Mail-Versand und versehentlichem nicht-stornieren ausging.Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon meinte, ich hätte am 04.05 nicht gekündigt und am 05.05 eine Rückmeldung erhalten - stimmt, es wurde in der Mail am 05.05 erklärt, warum man die Rechnung mitgeschickt hatte.Das war aber nicht mein Anliegen, da ich lediglich eine Bestätigung für die Vertragsstornierung angefordert hatte.Jedenfalls wollte man mir erklären, daß ich laut AGB nicht gekündigt hätte. Auf meine Frage, was ich noch hätte tun sollen, bekam ich keine schlüssige Antwort.Die sich sehr sicher fühlende Mitarbeiterin hatte das Gespräch beendet, weil Sie merkte, daß auf der anderen Seite jemand ist, der leider auch mal im Service arbeitete. Allerdings nicht mit so viel Halbwissen versucht hat zu glänzen...Das Ende der Geschichte ist, daß ich heute im Lauf des Nachmittags dann doch eine Stornierung des Vertrags erhalten habe. Daß man selber was falsch gemacht hatte, habe ich nirgends entnommen - dummdreist.Nachdem was ich erleben durfte, werde ich nochmals auf Haufe zugehen und Fragen, ob es Ihr Ernst ist, potentielle Kunden als Unwissende und dümmlich zu behandeln.Hätte man nach der Stornierung angerufen und es erklärt, würde ich heute wahrscheinlich ein Jahresabo der Software bezahlt haben. Mit dieser Masche aber kann ich die Firma alles andere als weiterempfehlen. Das ist unseriös, man spekuliert auf Kunden, die denken, Sie haben etwas falsch gemacht und klein beigeben.Ich unterstelle der Firma Haufe, Ihre Service-Mitarbeiter dahingehend zu schulen! Sollte dem nicht so sein, kann sich die Fa. mit mir in Verbindung setzen.

Returns a nightmare.

A great product which I had to return due to a fault (their fault not mine). I was told to send my product back registered mail, which is not cheap. However, they had it for two days and had not even booked it into their system. Then they have the cheek to quote their standards to me. This is not customer service. I also found their customer service emails to bend the truth a little. If they want to give good customer service they need to firstly make more reliable products and then move heaven and earth to resolve problems. They are trying to make me feel they are doing me a favour. If they do not like this review I am happy to talk to somebody.

Trust me this is a real scam to me....I am a freelancer searching for a job and they contact me in telegram and requested me to pay the fees which is refundable during my payment...They give an article to translate in my local language...After I complete my task of 100 pages ........where 1 page = $38,During my payment they asked me $130 as a levy tax with no any sense....I offered them to deduct $130 from my payment then they just deny.....then after I understand that this is totally fake and I just stop replying to their team because I was sure that they are gonna make same types of excusesAgain & again just to scam the person like us .... So, if you are offered a job by this company then please never pay for any thing they say to you and also don't submit the full project because they may ask for some amount to get your own payment ....#**THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED 🚫**please read this before joining their team and never trust their any staff.......I would have rate this company in negative star(-5) if possible 😡😡🚫

Ruined relationship after terrible customer service

Honestly, I used to be a die-hard ULTA fan and supporter. After my experience today, I unfortunately and devastatingly have to say that I can no longer support them. I had a terrible customer service experience with them today, over something literally appallingly minuscule. After over an hour on the phone with the customer service AND supervisor, they literally still could not resolve my concerns or be cooperative or anything over an issue that was a fault of ULTA's. I truly wish this could have been resolved, because I have been a loyal ULTA fan for years and years and years, but after today, I am ashamed to have supported this company so strongly for so long. Unfortunately, today marks the end of my 10 year relationship with ULTA Beauty, and it is quite heart-breaking.
