Hello! I wanted to share my feedback on the outstanding service provided by Sendinblue, the mass mailing company. I can confirm that the tool truly works well, with fast delivery and messages that don't end up in the spam folder.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for Fancy Apartment by Train Station (Confirmation #4416662436), and completed the payment on May 31, 2025.The check-in was scheduled for June 3, and check-out for June 5. However, during my stay, I experienced a serious problem and immediately reported the issue to Booking.com, providing full documentation and proof.After multiple messages over 11 days, I received a disappointing response:they claimed they contacted the property but received no reply, and therefore could not offer any refund or compensation.This is unacceptable. I paid Booking.com, not the property directly.The platform should take full responsibility when a reservation goes wrong, especially when it handles the transaction itself.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Booking.com, and I will not use the platform again unless this matter is resolved.

Horrible company to come across. McAfee make it so difficult to cancel a trial subscription! I tried so many roots, through their web pages, google, customer services..when I finally activated my account to un-activate it and tried logging in, it said my password was invalid, then when I went to the customer services page, it crashed 404 page no longer existed. To call them, you need to call a number abroad in the US. McAfee, for such a large company, why haven't you got UK number to call. And to top it off, your email is bombarded with McAfee scammers.

I cancelled my subscription in 2022 but Mcafee still withdrew the money from my account, twice! It's impossible to get through to them as I'm Europe and the number allocated to my country doesn't even work. They left me no option but to cancel my credit card an order a new one. What a disgrace of a company! N.B. Your reply is not satisfactory. When a customer cancels a subscription, you honour that cancellation. That's how things work in Europe but in the US, you seem to put profits ahead of customers and their needs.

Thank you Songkick for the reminder about Jack Savoretti concert tickets going on sale, a few easy clicks and I now have my tickets. I did the whole process on my phone and it was very easy. Signed up for a free trial but was then billed for a year's subscription. Apple wouldn't refund me so I went via Musescore. They said they couldn't refund me, only Apple could. I was down over $70. Have since tried to make some use of the subscription only to find that I can't access many scores without further payment. It's an absolute scam.

SCAM website. During the booking process it didn't indicate at any stage that I was being charged in USD!I reside in Australia, was booking an Australian property, with Australian contact details and at no point anywhere on their homepage or in a pop-up did it ask me to confirm my region/currency. It didn't show the currency before the dollar sign on the website or in my booking confirmation email. Completely misleading! Avoid this website!!I have raised this issue with Vrbo who say that their currency defaults to USD as their head office resides in the United States, however this does not matter! They need to be transparent with customers on the currency being charged.I have raised with the ACCC and continue to dispute the situation with Vrbo.Vrbo caused me a lot of stress while pregnant on a holiday over Christmas and NYE, which was meant to be relaxing. I have never had an experience like this with any other booking platform so will never book on Vrbo again.
