A great product which I had to return due to a fault (their fault not mine). I was told to send my product back registered mail, which is not cheap. However, they had it for two days and had not even booked it into their system. Then they have the cheek to quote their standards to me. This is not customer service. I also found their customer service emails to bend the truth a little. If they want to give good customer service they need to firstly make more reliable products and then move heaven and earth to resolve problems. They are trying to make me feel they are doing me a favour. If they do not like this review I am happy to talk to somebody.
