Not meeting my needs, being a complex to set up tool, having to have calls after calls to be "graduated" and able to launch the product. MBO has a really serious profit based marketing strategy and will not let you try the product before you even get to know it. Really awful support, not being given by the same person and getting you to loose money and time. If you have a small business, this is definetely not for you. It's not for me, for sure.

when purchasing the item, the delivery dates were between 6/2 and 6/4. ordered on 5/30. today (6/4) they are now saying it won't be here till 6/6.not convinced the price (which was less than local stores) was worth the aggravation. could of had the item same day if i went to my local store but stupid me wanted to save a few bucks. they shouldn't promise delivery dates and not honor them.

To be honest, This is expensive website to take care of my dogs especially if you need 2 0r 3 weeks plus 10% charge from rover and tips. No wonder the dog shelter is crowded, i guess people cannot afford to take care their dogs especially if you want to travel. Sometimes, you will be lucky if you find a sitter who can give you a good price to take care of the dog.

Where is your customer support? It’s absolutely unacceptable how difficult it is to get in touch with you. It honestly feels like you have no interest in helping your customers, and you're completely indifferent to the fact that people are unable to reach you. This level of disregard is extremely unprofessional, and I expect a prompt explanation and immediate action to address this issue.

The customer service is worse than working than worse. U can only talk to a robot unless you tell them that u cant log in. Then a person will assist u but only is you are the exact person who bought the item - in this case my son. We bought a hoodie and the hoodie was damaged si we send it back and they took a return fee and wee had to pay for the sending of a new hoodie. I WILL NEVER BY FROM THEM AGAIN - THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOOOO LOUSY!!!!!

Dear God. this customer service is absolute garbage. I just made accidental online purchase of Cyberpunk 2077 while just trying to get game add on for this game, which I have already installed and played since I bought disk version. In my order details they were able to see that I got this game on 11/11/23 but accidental order which I got charged for was made on 18/11/23. agent said that he's unable to refund me because I have already installed and played the game. It makes sense that I downloaded and played the game since I originally bought it before and just accidentally purchased it again later, while trying to get Phantom liberty add on for this game. Agent was utter idiot, and I wish I could slap him for how stupid and unwilling to help he was!!! SHAME on you SONY for this kind of support you provide for customers.

He's intense, serious, and focused about his work. I learned there is more than one way to present yourself. It's not just one page and done. They ask a lot of questions to get a complete insight of you and what you have accomplished. You don't want your resume to look like mine, do you ? My resume is the bomb. I'm completely satisfied. After receiving an email that my book had been delivered, I went looking at my door, my neighbor's door and my mailbox - it was not there. I checked all the places again after 24 hours and still no book. I took the delivery email along with my purchase receipt to the BN store and asked for some assistance. I was told by the mgr to call UPS. I said I bought the book from BN after a clerk there told me I could order and pay for a book and have it shipped to my home. My dealing is with BN not UPS. So, I asked for a refund. The mgr (sandy/red-haired lady) told me again to call UPS and I said I would not do so - I want BN to refund me. Which she finally agreed to but then rudely said and 'if the book shows up just keep it because you have a free book from us'. Now she is accusing me of stealing???? Her demeanor from the outset was rude she was unhelpful from the start which made me mad. Lousy mgr skills and worse brand representation skills. I was at the Orlando, FL Sand Lake store on 10/7/2022 at about 3 PM. You should coach that mgr - she is doing you no favors. I still would like the book - I love BN but will never use the shipping service again. You should discontinue that too if you are not going to manage it such that it actually delivers items ordered, or BN will actually help customers when things go wrong.
