the worst customer support in the world

Dear God. this customer service is absolute garbage. I just made accidental online purchase of Cyberpunk 2077 while just trying to get game add on for this game, which I have already installed and played since I bought disk version. In my order details they were able to see that I got this game on 11/11/23 but accidental order which I got charged for was made on 18/11/23. agent said that he's unable to refund me because I have already installed and played the game. It makes sense that I downloaded and played the game since I originally bought it before and just accidentally purchased it again later, while trying to get Phantom liberty add on for this game. Agent was utter idiot, and I wish I could slap him for how stupid and unwilling to help he was!!! SHAME on you SONY for this kind of support you provide for customers.
