Mailerlite cares about their client experience

I had a virtual assistant who would run my campaigns through icontact for the last couple of years. Then this year I wanted to learn to do it on my own and Icontact was not "rookie friendly" and customer service took days to get back to me on my questions.However I made the switch to mailerlite this month and the experience is night and day! They have a YouTube video for everything on their platform which they explain everything possible in great detail. Then when I went to the customer service chat.... woooooow!!! I got help in 2 mins at 12 in the afternoon and 330 in the morning. No waiting and not log drawn out conversation with their bot. Once the reps get in the chat they don't asked 1000 questions to send you a document to read. They ask you the problem then they dive right into your account to fix the issue. That is the definition of customer service. CLIENT FOR LIFE RIGHT HERE!

Avoid 99designs. Find your designers elsewhere

I was a first-time client, and also a last-time client. I was initially drawn to the platform by the compelling sales page, which presented high expectations for quality design services. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of selecting a guaranteed project, which meant no refund.The designs I received were far below the expected standard. Out of 63 proposals, I rejected 61 immediately. The remaining 2 were mediocre at best and not something I would have engaged with had there not been a no-refund guarantee.Having worked with graphic designers on multiple occasions in the past, I can confidently say that the submissions I received on 99designs are not comparable in quality. They do not reflect the level of creativity, quality, or professionalism implied on the sales page.I also want to point out that, 22% of the reviews for 99designs are 1-star. This should be a serious warning for any potential new client. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this before making my purchase.I contacted their customer service to complain but received no response. It seems more convenient for them to let the design competitions run their course than to address concerns from disappointed (ex)customers.Well, 99designs will probably respond faster to this negative public review than through their customer service.If you’re considering 99designs, I recommend finding your designers elsewhere.

Urgent action please

I’m still waiting for confirmation of my transaction. Last communication was last Friday. There have been numerous emails back and forth with XE saying they haven’t received the funds. My bank says they have gone to XE. 19th of May was the date of the transaction from my bank account. I have, as requested, sent all the verification XE needed that is bank details and transaction details. I have always found XE very reliable in past transactions so am understandably rather frustrated and disappointed that this has dragged on. I would really appreciate some resolve as soon as possible. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Absolutely awful company with fraudulent business practices. They allow you to order things (and expect delivery on those things) without actually having them in stock. Twice this company randomly cancelled my orders (saying it was at my request) they couldn't fulfill. One of the items I ordered they cancelled because they claimed the price was wrong on their website. They said they would only fulfill the order at a higher price (higher by hundreds of dollars!). Then on another occasion they cancelled my order after their customer support team assured me the item was on its way. This company lies, cheats, and pretends to be customer service oriented. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR. IT WILL EITHER ARRIVE DAMAGED/BROKEN OR IT WON'T ARRIVE AT ALL.

I ordered a refrigerator from Wayfair - Never again…

I ordered a refrigerator from Wayfair specifically because they said they could deliver in two days vs the four days the big box stores were promising. We needed a new refrigerator stat. After reading online reviews about Wayfair (admittedly, I should have done this BEFORE placing the order) and seeing repeated complaints about delivery delays, I tried to cancel my order about 12 hours after it was placed. I received an error that it was too late, my order couldn’t be canceled. We moved the old refrigerator and made arrangements for someone to be home the expected day of delivery. And then we waited. And waited. It never came, there was never any follow up communication. It was like the company just expects you to be at their disposal for an indeterminate period of time. When we hadn’t received the delivery or a communication from Wayfair 9 days after the expected delivery date, I called because we were leaving for vacation the following Monday. There would be no one there to accept delivery and I sure didn’t want a refrigerator left on my porch. To their credit—this was the least they could do really—they then canceled the order and refunded the cost of the purchase, delivery fee, and disposal fee. Although, I would be remiss if I didn’t include it took over an hour on the phone with a customer service representative to get this done. So, I wasted a whole lot of time and experienced even more frustration. This morning, I deleted the Wayfair app from my phone. NEVER AGAIN. I don’t know how they are still in business with such a disastrous business model.

One of the worst feelings is trying to access files you stored a couple of years ago and they just decided to delete it. Which storing service does that ?? Pictures, memories, important files. All deleted because they decided to. I don't care that they sent multiple emails, this wasn't my main email and I trusted that my files were stored safely with them. Don't use it.
