Urgent action please

I’m still waiting for confirmation of my transaction. Last communication was last Friday. There have been numerous emails back and forth with XE saying they haven’t received the funds. My bank says they have gone to XE. 19th of May was the date of the transaction from my bank account. I have, as requested, sent all the verification XE needed that is bank details and transaction details. I have always found XE very reliable in past transactions so am understandably rather frustrated and disappointed that this has dragged on. I would really appreciate some resolve as soon as possible.
