I had a virtual assistant who would run my campaigns through icontact for the last couple of years. Then this year I wanted to learn to do it on my own and Icontact was not "rookie friendly" and customer service took days to get back to me on my questions.However I made the switch to mailerlite this month and the experience is night and day! They have a YouTube video for everything on their platform which they explain everything possible in great detail. Then when I went to the customer service chat.... woooooow!!! I got help in 2 mins at 12 in the afternoon and 330 in the morning. No waiting and not log drawn out conversation with their bot. Once the reps get in the chat they don't asked 1000 questions to send you a document to read. They ask you the problem then they dive right into your account to fix the issue. That is the definition of customer service. CLIENT FOR LIFE RIGHT HERE!
