Absolute scam.started of ok getting my wallet built up I had a serious amount invested with all the security active including authentication. Then all of a sudden I was locked out and with 10 mins everything taken. Financially this hurt. Crypto refusing to reimburse the money. Came back with a load of rubbish about myPhone security even though it was all set up. I would highly recommend useing another site scam scam scam

Bad experience, and main reason not listing pi network, without reason, many votes from their users, many other wallets accepted pi, and pi nothing worse than some meme coin or other unproven coins, and pi showing their growth and it have a nice price for newly launched coin, so if other wallets can accept it, what is their reason not to? i wanted to make binance my main wallet (since they have many crypto coins for trading but like this, they do not even give opportunity for some good coin, and they list some other unreliable coins (based on vote and they ignored vote about pi, also on new voting they do not want even to place pi on the list because they would know the result). so even if they list it soon, still bad because of prolonging it so long time for no reason, or if they not, they could at least release some info why for many users waiting and expecting pi to be listed, they could take care of wish and many users waiting their decision. if they did not wanted to list pi, why they even made voting? to attract users?

Yesterday I wished to send a donation for the benefit of LUPUS UK. via JustGiving.JustGiving took all my credit card details including the security number BEFORE advising their extortion commision charge. In my opinion this modus operandi is dishonest.It is best to send your chatitable money direct to the charity not via third party agent.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. My son ordered a bedroom set for college that was to be delivered in two separate deliveries on Saturday August 5th. One arrived. Another was rescheduled for Sunday. They never showed. They later rescheduled for Friday. Again no call no show. My son reached out to them and they said all he was missing was the bed frame and he could pick that up at the store. I then called to inform them we were missing far more than the frame and we weren’t driving to pick up items we paid to have delivered. All we had was the night stands, two of three boxes for the dresser and bed rails. We were missing almost the entire bed and had a useless couple of boxes for a dresser. Spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining what we needed. I was assured yet again that the items would be delivered. Didn’t show Saturday. Didn’t show Sunday. Called again and spent another hour on the phone to get a refund. Complete waste of time. Obviously their customer service members are completely clueless and just tell you what you want to hear. Finally, these morons wanted us to return the useless crap they had delivered in order to receive the refund. Really? More time out of my day for your ineptitude? Never order from these incompetent people.

We purchased a very expensive item (expensive for retirees), and it was delivered 10 days ago. Since then the item has decreased in price almost $350. I called explained the situation, the first customer service person told us to return it at a cost of $430. The second person was frustrated with me when asking to speak with a manager, and our call was ended. I finally did a chat with a person, explain it was a large decrease in price was there anything they could do. I received a lot of reading from their book policies, no exceptions at all. The offers were save $215 in return shipping, (hassle for them & us), $95. refund, but that would void any warranty and any returns, (no common sense there), or the best they could do is a Sorry coupon for 10% off our next purchase. They had no customer service that had any exceptions, to their book of rules. It was really a sad frustrating experience with them. They don't care about their customers as a person. We called them several times with questions, and not once did anyone tell us they would be having a Labor Day Sale. We are a retired couple, & not well off. And was hoping they cared about their Customers. But just another big company with Terrible Terrible Customer Service, and Customer Relations. Sad it is all about them, and their policies, too bad for the little guy. No more Wayfair purchases, or recommendations to our friends or family.REPLY to Wayfairs REPLY: You are at 1.3 STARS. YOUR REPLY is to PACIFY everyone reading this. IT WAS 10 DAYS! IT WAS A WAYFAIR POWER MOVE. I am very disappointed with PayPal and their service. I had ordered a product online and used PayPal to pay since I had never ordered from the company before and wasn't sure I trusted them. The item ordered was never delivered despite the company sending me links to two different tracking numbers and two different shipping routes, both of which showed the item delivered on the same day. I communicated with PayPal and followed their lengthy and cumbersome process. I requested a refund was ultimately denied with the explanation that the company showed them records saying the item was delivered. The post office had no record of its being delivered and told the officer investigating my police report the tracking number was "not a valid tracking number". The officer also noted mention of "ChatGPT" which indicated to him the possibility the shipping information was fabricated. PayPal had his report but must not have read it or else just believed the what the company told them. Since they seem not to stand behind their guarantee I have closed my account with them. I still have not received my order or refund.

I ordered an expensive item on Amazon renewed to be delivered the next day in my vacation adress.Amazon decided to cancel the order during the night without informing me. On the order they are lying saying that ’’the customer refused delivery because the order was previously cancelled‘‘ Wich is false because I was sleeping when Amazon decided to cancel the order.They are not willing to refund me until 30 Days (time they get the item back) but they decided to cancel the order and I never received it ! So they don't want to give my money back for an item I never touched nor seen in real life!On top of that when I call the customer service the supervisor hang up on me telling me : I dont have anything to say to you anymore.They are holding 799$, don't want to refund even when they make mistakes and treat badly their Prime customers.I will definitly cancel all subscription with Amazon.
