AT&T's customer service needs help. I cancelled my internet service in August of 2022 when I sold my home and moved. My daughter in law was taking care of my finances since I was very ill. AT&T continued to draft the monthly amount from my checking account until I took my finances back and realized what was happening. I contacted AT&T in October of 2023 and requested that they stop and reimburse my money. I've called countless times (hours on the phone) and was transferred numerous times which resulted in more wait time. Nothing was getting done about my refund and each and every person and each and every time I had to explain the situation again. I am beyond frustrated as AT&T owes me over $800.00. I cannot seem to get my refund and don't know what else to do and cannot seem to understand why it's so hard to fix your mistakes.

Beware of this company. They are not secure in anyway on their MyATT app. Mine got hacked and a double payment was made. One being authorized and another not. They will make you pay for their mistake. They will not correct it either. Their customer service is pathetic. They don’t care about their customers they didn’t through Covid either. I received a letter in the mail about my information being compromised and that they believed no personal information was stolen but explain to me how an unauthorized payment was made. Done go to T-Mobile for service they are by far AMAZING

I’ve ordered a £260 gaming headset literally from the Logitech Amazon page (so it’s not like it’s some dodgy listing) and what has turned up at my door is a children’s reebok shoebox with one shoe inside. I’m not one to write reviews but when I’m spending that sort of money I don’t expect them to make such a big mistake. Now I’m having to send this box back in order to get a refund and then wait 14 days for my money back, meanwhile I’m unable to listen to audio on my pc because my current headset is broke. Thanks Amazon great job 👏

I don’t recommend. TWICE my cooker has just completely died mid slow cook. Philips customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE completely unhelpful. I’ve had to drive 40 minutes one way to drop the cooker for repair and then back again. Twice in a year to me is a defect but not to Philips apparently as they would rather me just drive all over Perth to continuously repair the item.

I WAS a Spotify Premium member. Why am I no longer? Spotify Premium would stop playing when I changed my music preferences and I had to input my password over and over again. A royal pain in the but.. Not worth it. Free customers expect to hear ads every second song or watch product videos for 30 seconds. My guests always ask me about the music I stream and I am going back to radio!

I have been waiting for a response to an email initially sent on the 13th Feb. The lack of even an acknowledgement let alone a solution to the membership problem is at least poor and does nothing to enhance the relationship between the Trust and the membership on which it depends. The customer services management must be aware of the poor commentary on social media so why are the issues not being managed?

I was a member for several months. I didn't log in for several weeks, and then when I did I found I was banned. No notification, no explanation, no warning. The site is coded so poorly that the box that pops up with the option to click it to appeal appears and vanishes within a second so that it can't be accessed. I was told to send an email to moderation. The email was ignored.So I have no clue what I did, if anything, to earn the ban and they deliberately set up their site to make finding out or appealing impossible(both the website on a desktop AND the app do this so I must assume it's by design). Considering all I did on there is mock right wingers, bsky probably has such types running the place now. I can't imagine why else making fun of right wing politicians and various fascists would earn a ban. The fact that they hide the cause of the ban proves they're hiding something.
