AT&T's customer service needs help

AT&T's customer service needs help. I cancelled my internet service in August of 2022 when I sold my home and moved. My daughter in law was taking care of my finances since I was very ill. AT&T continued to draft the monthly amount from my checking account until I took my finances back and realized what was happening. I contacted AT&T in October of 2023 and requested that they stop and reimburse my money. I've called countless times (hours on the phone) and was transferred numerous times which resulted in more wait time. Nothing was getting done about my refund and each and every person and each and every time I had to explain the situation again. I am beyond frustrated as AT&T owes me over $800.00. I cannot seem to get my refund and don't know what else to do and cannot seem to understand why it's so hard to fix your mistakes.
