I don’t recommend

I don’t recommend. TWICE my cooker has just completely died mid slow cook. Philips customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE completely unhelpful. I’ve had to drive 40 minutes one way to drop the cooker for repair and then back again. Twice in a year to me is a defect but not to Philips apparently as they would rather me just drive all over Perth to continuously repair the item.
