Shocking Customer Service

For some reason around 18 months ago I lost my Times+ email with cinema offers etc. I have spoken twice to their Customer Service Dept. some 3-4 weeks ago who claim it can take up to 28 days to reconnect me. Why when I could get to the Moon in that time, I dont know. Still I am unreconnected.It truly is a very shoddy service !

Terrible, unethical company that takes no accountability. Treats artist horribly and their products

spent 2+ hours every day creating my designs by hand. I made my account about 7 or 8 months ago and uploaded every day. So i've dedicated hours to this platform (at least 400+ hours!) and had over 600 designs. Yesterday I made some handmade caution sticker designs (like Caution: Dog dad) and made the mistake of making a "Caution: Malware" sticker. Immediately once I submitted the silly sticker of a black spider on yellow triangle my account was flagged and suspended by their poorly trained "suspicious activity" bot. I immediately began to cry as december had been my best sales month so far. Im disabled and through my hours of dedication i had set it up to a point i was making one sale roughly every 3-5 days which was very good for me. I immediatly began the appeals process and kept up hope, but after submitting my appeal for the mistake THEIR AI TRIGGER BOT MADE, i read online many other artists had little success of getting their shops back and so was the case for mine. The absolute cherry on top was I was told (24hours after my appeal) my funds would be "frozen" aka, no chance for me to receive the money i made in my best sales month. This was heart shattering to me, as i went from roughly one sale a every 3-5 days to approx. one sale every 12 hours in the month of december.I'll leave off with this note: If you're an artist TAKE UR ART ELSEWHERE! THEY WILL PULL THE RUG OUT FROM UNDER YOU AND TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY IF THEIR AI DETECTION BOT FLAGS UR ACCOUNT! They will ALSO give no explanation why your account was taken down as with me they just wrote a generic "Your account was suspended and the balance frozen because it was found to be in violation of our User Agreement. We are unable to provide any more information at this time regarding this matter. Thank you for your understanding."as a buyer, flee from this company that has countless reviews from artists being treated poorly. I am a disabled woman who is losing her house and just wanted an extra income during a difficult time to help me fund my family christmas presents this year. I was making very little money on the site for the amount of time i put into making my designs, only to be booted off for no good reason. Flee, flee flee! Glad i was booted off midway through the month and not on the 29th, as they refuse to pay me for this months sales.

So far, Payhip has been a perfect balance of affordable, user-friendly, and everything I need for my online business.

You are stealing your customers taking…

You are stealing your customers taking advantage of the fact that the movie theaters were closed during the pandemic. How is it possible that if I have a $ 100 gift card and I am going to spend $ 37 on tickets, you are going to charge a $ 29 convenience fee? that's unsane! I did not use my gift card! Because i need a solution and a proper answer from your customer service. I have been a Fandango customer for years and this has never happened before with gift cards. Now you want to take advantage of your customers to get your business back. Don't you think it's better to keep happy your usual clients and be thankful that we have started to reactivate your business by going to the movie theaters? This is how we all reactivate the economy after pandemic, not taking advantage of your customers. I feel very unhappy and very dissapointed with Fandango and the way you are taking advantage of the customers. I will post my message in all your social media, google, etc. People in the market needs to know the new procedures of Fandango. They never should buy any gift card from you.

Have used Duo for over two years. Recent upgrade was irritating. But the near-constant use of homosexual partnering situations is ridiculous. The world is predominantly heterosexual. But you would think the opposite using the latest Duo app. I’m done with this “woke” language app.

Beware - Hidden Return Policy

Wow! I was shocked today when I was returning an item at BBB (that I had purchased today and had the receipt) and the return was refused. BBB has contracted a company, The Retail Equation, to track customer returns. The records showed that I made six returns in a year so now I cannot return again for six months. I was aware of the BBB return policy but was never informed of the limit on returns. When I return a product, I always have a receipt and my ID so I am not doing anything fraudulent. When buying things for the home, which is most of the merchandise BBB carries, I would think that they would understand that customer needs to take things home to make sure the purchase matches with the decor, etc.

If I could give them 0 stars that would most proportional to they activity. If never setup any recovery email address and now to have a access to my account I have to answer questions which most brainless created questions. To unlock account I have to give them several email address with subject older more than week. And now I don’t send lots of emails so I don’t remember many of them. After when I figure out and give them two emails with subject they asked for more……well done YAHOO, I lost access to my account but never mind. YAHOO I WISH YOU THE BEST, I hope some hackers will show you where is your place in the row.
