SurveyMonkey's customer service is appalling. I got a charge on my cc for an account fee associated with an old employer, a company I haven't worked for in nearly 2 years. I contacted SurveyMonkey letting them know the charge was fraudulent and that I was no longer with the company associated with the account. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told the customer service rep that what she should do is reverse the charge and reach out to the new account admin for an updated payment method. She had the gal to tell me that while there was nothing she could do but she'd be, "more than happy to help me get the most out of my account". An account I don't have access to... mediocre product at best, you can do more for free with google forms. What will keep me from ever using them again is their horrible customer service and business practices. Don't waste your time.

Account access was limited due to their requirement of verifying my documents again. Its been dragging on for 3 months, with really hopeless results. I am having to write email almost every other day to find out whats going one or at least to provide with a timeline, but no such luck. So bloody unprofessional organization, such a shame!! So frustrated I even asked them to close my account, but only to receive a response saying all features of my account has been restored, but its all a lie. Since than 1 month more has passed and guess what, account still not verified. Bloody useless!!

Where do I start? FedEx delivered my package without sending me a confirmation that it was coming so I ended up missing it.I called customer service, and the woman told me that they could re-deliver my package within 30 minutes. I thought that sounded sketchy, so although I agreed to stay in the location, which was my house, I called back to speak to another customer service rep to make sure that it was really going to be within 30 minutes. That lady told me that they could redeliver between 2 to 3 hours. After one hour passed I called back and that’s when a different lady told me that it would be guaranteed by 8 PM. At this point, I don’t believe anybody. I told them to go ahead and re-deliver by 8 PM because I’ll be home. Nobody showed up. I called the next day to find out when they were planning to deliver. I was told it would be by the afternoon. I got home from work at about 11:30 AM. After 40 mins passed, no knock on the door, I check my email only to see an email with a picture showing a sticker on my door, and the caption for the picture read that the recipient was not home. I was literally sitting in the house waiting by the front door.I immediately called the number on the slip to let them know that I was home and that the delivery person did not show up and that they falsely left a picture on my door. I’m assuming it was the same picture that they used from the previous day because there was no sticker on my door when I opened it and nobody came to my house. This debacle went on all day, with me talking to different customer service reps promising me things that did not happen and giving me bad information. Eventually, I was told that my package would be delivered the next day in the afternoon. When I threatened to make a complaint, all of a sudden, my package showed up the same day at sometime late in the evening. I only found out because I opened my door to go outside and it was sitting there.Unfortunately, this has happened before.

Get babysitters has always been good on care.com. However their subscription services SUCKS when you think you cancel them. I have an email confirming I cancelled the service on Nov 18, 2023 and have not used the service for over a year.Now I have 2 charges for a total of $160 dollars and not help to resolve or offer any help on the payment. You can clearly see the was not activity until the charge appeared on my credit card on April 21 and asked my credit card to cancel and care.com denied.If you ask me they cancel services are hidden and it is very difficult to determine if the service is cancelled. Obviously in my case I feel with no activity there should be some refund or credit given.Unfair business practices and not reliable communications!

For a while I thought PayPas was a great resource to protect me from fraudulent merchants and defective products. I will not depend on them any longer. Any time I have a dispute, the processing is painfully slow. Their communication practices are extremely frustrating. Their website is very cumbersome to use.

ATROCIOUS customer service. There's a new person responding every time and they all say the same thing, never answering my question. Asked them repeatedly how to send a screen recording that is too big to attach to email and I'm not even exaggerating every single person just responded with "send us an MP4 screen recording." HOWWWWW It's like talking to an incomplete AI system, like what is even the point of contacting support??The worst part - someone fixed the issue I was having and didn't even tell me. I found out by chance when I used the app again after all that useless back and forth.
